Ava put her hand on his shoulder and got on the bike.
Ian grabbed her hands and pulled her closer. He then wrapped her hands around his chest and turned his head at her.
“I am your man. Hold me tight.”
His voice was deep. His gaze was intense. She bit her bottom lip and nodded her head at him.
He smirked at her and turned back to the road.
After putting on his helmet, he started the bike.
She glanced at the black helmet. She recalled that when he had offered her his helmet, she refused it. So he had thrown his helmet on the road.
‘Did he buy a new one?‘ she thought, examining it.
She gasped when her body pressed against his back while the bike moved on the speed breaker.
“Told you to hold me tight,” he reminded her.
She exhaled and shook her head.
‘Did he do that intentionally?‘ she thought and smiled.
She held him tightly despite the fact that her chest was pressed against his back. She rested her head against his shoulder and enjoyed the ride.
When they arrived at the university, she sat up straight. His bike came to a halt. She got down from the bike and said,
“Thanks.”
Everyone around them stopped what they were doing. Their gazes fixed on Ian and Ava.
When Ian took off his helmet, a few girls screamed as if he were their favorite hero and they were his fangirls.
Ava ignored them. She knew if she wanted to be with the future Alpha of this pack, who was really hot and handsome, she would have to bear all of this.
Ian looked at her and said,
“No need to thank me. Make it your habit. Because from now on, I will be around you most of the time.”
Ava blushed and turned away.
“See you later,” she said and started to walk.
She could hear lan’s chuckle from behind.
While passing the boys and girls, she noticed their shocked faces.
They could not believe their eyes. Though Ian had declared that his eyes were on her, they thought she v Luke, and Ian might have lost his interest in her.

“When she rejected Luke’s proposal in front of everyone, they thought she had some guts. But who thought she was always after our Ian?”

Ava heard a girl’s voice. The blush on her face faded.
She stopped her steps and turned to look at the girl who had just spoken.
She approached her and asked,
“Excuse me? Did you just say something?”
The girl folded her arms and nodded at Ava.
“Yeah. I said you have eyes on our Alpha.”
Ava stared at the girl but then smiled at her and said,
“You are so right. I am after your Alpha.”
The girl was taken aback by her response.
Ava looked confident. She glanced at the other girls and said,
“Not just that. Let me tell you guys something. I have been after him for a very long time. So don’t try to become my competition. Because you can’t compare my love with your fangirly things.‘
“Love? Every girl loves him,” the girl spoke again.

Ava raised her brows. “By how? Spending one night with him? No way, dear. Do you know why he stopped roaming around with girls? It’s because of me. So stop bothering him and dreaming about being with him. He is my man.” 1
The girls were shocked and offended. They could not just accept someone telling them to stop dreaming about Ian
Dawson.
Ava heard another girl’s voice.
“You! How can you say that?”
Ava rolled her eyes and ignored her question. “I don’t need to explain anything more. If you have any questions, then ask him directly. If you dare, of course.”
After that, she started to walk again.
She felt free and confident today. There was no one who could make her lose. She was the queen of Ian’s heart.
She went to attend her class. Unfortunately, her and her friends‘ schedules did not match for today’s classes.
So she had to attend classes alone. In all the classes, she had to endure the girls‘ judgmental gazes. She was sure everyone had gotten the news that today she came to the campus on Ian’s bike.
During break time,
Ava’s friends called her to meet her in the cafeteria.
But before going to meet them, Ava decided to meet Luke first. She looked for him. People said he was on the basketball court.
She went to the basketball court and found him all alone. He was playing with a ball. He was throwing the ball in the basket and grabbed it when it fell to the ground.
“Luke.”
