"Well if you're done, I'm heading up to my room, I'm tired." I stood up and felt a nice refreshing feeling from my ankle. It feels good to not be injured I tell you. Heck I think I can fight a monster now, thank you granny for your powers.
Amen.

My alarm went off and I looked for my phone to turn it off. When I did manage to find it I turned it off and rolled over to face the ceiling. I slept but I didn't sleep, a weird feeling I couldn't describe was over coming my body. Not only that I was extremely hot, like my body temperature was abnormally high. It must be that time of month when Mother Nature says congrats you're not pregnant.
I got up from my bed and went to the bathroom to take a nice cold shower. It helped a bit with this abnormal body temperature, however I was still hot. I just feel like crap, absolute crap. I grabbed my hoody and put on my uniform. I pulled the hood on top of my head and went downstairs.
Surprisingly no one was home, and I mean no one not even the ruthless twins. I grabbed an apple calling it a day before heading to school. This time I decided to take the car instead, I was really out of it. I drove pretty slow to the hell hole, I really don't want to be here right now. I just want to be in bed and sleep.
I arrived to school and sat in the car for a bit. I grabbed my book bag and pulled my hood down a bit further and left the car. I put in my ear phones and walked into the school. I mindlessly walked to my locker, though I felt an enormous amount of male attention on me. It was honestly kind freaking me out a bit. Why are all these male eyes looking at me as if I was some piece of meat.
I pulled on my hoody string to try to hide my face and finally got to my locker. I opened it and tried to make my presence as small as possible. I don't like this at all, do I smell weird or something? Only the boys were looking at me, none of the girls were paying attention to me.
A random male student walked up to me and the look in his eyes didn't seem right to me. I faced my locker, just ignore him. Yes I'll do that. When I glanced to the side he was talking to me, but I couldn't hear since I was blasting music in my ears. Keep ignoring him Cassie.
I was until he grabbed my shoulder forcefully and I was about to go off until an arm went between the two of us. That sweet scent filled my nose and I looked up to see Elliot. He looked alarmed and very defensive. He was saying something to the boy, I stopped my music so I can listen.
"Leave her alone." He said lowly.
"You're...in heat." I let his words sink in and my eyes widened in my complete shock. I covered my mouth with my hand and I pointed to myself. He nodded his head and I gasped in shock.
"You're lying! I'm not in heat!" I hit his arm and he grabbed my wrist with a serious look.
"No why do you think my wolf took over, he was about to kill that poor boy." He scoffed. Well when he says it like that yeah I can believe it.
I unconsciously grabbed Elliot's arm and pulled him closer to me. I was now very much aware on how these unmated guys were staring at me. Unmated hormonal boys are a big no. They are absolutely feral, you think they will listen to Elliot's command? Think again, it won't work cause their wolf is literally telling them to mate with someone especially if that girl is in heat.
"Get me out of here! Now! They're scaring me!" I tugged on Elliots arm with a pleading look.
