Unexpectedly, Lukas's reaction was faster than that of the bodyguards. He avoided the flower scissors and kicked Rob directly in the chest.

The flower scissors flew out of the culprit's hands, and his body was sent flying into a bed of roses. The thorns of the roses scratched his body, leaving wounds all over.

Lukas stood coldly beside the flower bed and asked, "Rob Lecter, have you made up your mind? Will you speak or not?"

Rob trembled with fear.

Lukas's gaze fell on the scissors beside him as he calmly said, "Martins, go ask. Every time I ask, and he didn't answer, cut off one finger. My patience has its limits."

Martins nodded and bent down to pick up the flower scissors.

Rob's pupils suddenly contracted. He was truly scared now; this man was much more powerful and terrifying than he had imagined.

His voice trembled as he spoke quickly in fear, "It was Ella Rhodes, sir! It was Ella Rhodes who asked me to tamper with the drinks. She also drank the spiked drink herself to divert suspicion from her."

Lukas's eyes darkened as he asked, "Why did she do that?"

Lying in the bed of roses, in excruciating pain, Rob no longer dared to lie to the man before him. He truthfully replied, "She wanted to deal with a woman named Skylar Lopez. She arranged for several men to attack Skylar after she was drugged, intending to defile her. She also arranged for someone to film it, hoping to ruin that woman's reputation."

Rob had overheard this when Ella explained her plan to someone else.

Now, all he hoped for was to reveal more information so that the man wouldn't be too harsh on him.

Lukas raised an eyebrow and turned to Martins, instructing him, "Take a picture of him with the severed finger and send it to Ella Rhodes."

Martins respectfully nodded, "Al right, Mr. Strakovski. And what should we do with this man?"

Lukas's eyes flickered as he looked back at the villa behind him and said calmly, "Detain him in the underground cellar of Hidden Amethyst Cove Gardens. Don't let him die. Once this matter is settled, deal with it as you wish."

Martins nodded and quickly ordered his men to take the photo.

Lukas pondered for a moment and added, "Arrange a meeting with Victoria for me tomorrow."

Martins was somewhat surprised. Did this matter have something to do with the Lopez Family?

However, he didn't dare to ask more about Lukas's affairs and simply nodded in compliance.

Lukas left Hidden Amethyst Cove Gardens and went straight back to Hill Crest One Residence.

Lukas was aware of a conversation between Anthony and Skylar where the Hughes family had to choose between the Lopez and Rhodes families. It was revealed that Victoria would threaten Skylar to let Aleza into the Hughes family. Lukas was unsure of how to handle the situation.
