Raven nodded apologetically, “I’m now Miss Lopez’s assistant.” 

She had seen Ella yesterday, but she didn’t take the initiative to greet her since she was Olivia’s client. When she saw Anthony just now, she was also taken aback.

Olivia was seething with rage, but Skylar hadn’t even done anything yet. 

The people in the design department, however, were quick to pass judgment, discussing her actions as if she weren’t present. 

Annoyed, Olivia coldly hummed and slammed the meeting room door shut, avoiding the sight of everyone. 

Most of the people in the design department believed that she left because she couldn’t bear the humiliation of losing such a big 

client. 

The feud between Olivia and Skylar seemed to have escalated after this incident. 

As Olivia entered the meeting room, everyone soon discovered Anthony’s identity. 

“Wow, so he’s the director of Rivers Health Medical Center. How young and handsome he is! When will I ever have such a wealthy, young, and attractive client?” 

“Don’t dream too big. People like him are rare in Mediopolis. I heard that the Rivers family and the Rhodes family have a good 

relationship and are even considering a marriage alliance.” 

“So they’re childhood sweethearts. No wonder Ella didn’t even bother talking to Olivia and directly turned to Skylar for the design.” 

“I heard that the evidence for the fake suicide was provided by Director Rivers. It seems like he has a good relationship with Skylar.”

Anthony nodded with a smile, “Yes, I know she recently got a new job, but I didn’t expect her to be working as your assistant.” 

Ella lightly laughed as she looked at Raven, “Raven, if you were working as Designer Lopez‘ assistant, why didn’t you tell me yesterday? Just for your sake, even if I didn’t look at anything else, I would have come to you right away.” 

Raven felt a bit uncomfortable hearing this and furrowed her brows slightly, “Designer Lopez is very talented. You don’t need to 

think of me.” 

I didn’t mind much and smiled at Raven, “You’re right. In this line of work, sometimes connections matters to a certain extent, but ultimately, the design has to win the client’s approval.” 

Ella’s face didn’t look great, but since Anthony was present, she didn’t say anything.
