Falling For My Contractual Wife (Brian and Grace) novel Chapter 712

Jasmine interrupted Casper's words, delivering a rebuke that left him speechless. Clearing his hoarse throat, Casper said, "That's good. How thoughtful you are."

Brian, listening to their conversation while driving, didn't say a word. He didn't have much affection for Casper.

Soon, the car arrived back at the Francis family.

Melvin and a group of servants were already waiting at the door. Seeing Casper get out of the car, they respectfully chorused, "Mr. Casper!"

Casper surveyed the scene and was quite satisfied with the grand reception.

Walking forward with Jasmine beside him, she reminded, "Dad, watch your step."

Walking in front with his hands behind his back, Casper suddenly stopped when he noticed the playground in the yard.

Furrowing his brows, Casper halted his steps.

"What's this?" he asked.

Jasmine explained, "This is for your great-granddaughter. She's already five years old."

Casper furrowed his brows even deeper and turned to look at Brian.

"Grandpa, I'm almost thirty, I should have settled down by now," Brian said.

Casper pursed his lips, looking complicated, as if he felt uncomfortable not being involved in his grandson's marriage.

Without saying a word, he walked inside. As they neared the living room, he caught sight of a slender figure.

Brian stepped forward and stood in front of Grace, taking her hand. He introduced, "Grandpa, this is my wife, Grace."

Then, he lowered his voice to Grace, saying, "Say hello to him."

Grace's smile faltered slightly as she greeted, "Nice to meet you, Casper."
