In the CEO’s office, Graham suppressed his fear and followed Jalen into the office.

“Have you found out where my ex-wife is?” Jalen looked at Graham coldly. His voice was not loud without any emotions that could be heard.

But the more Jalen sounded calm, the more it frightened Graham.

Graham didn’t understand. What was wrong with Jalen? He had barely asked about Elaina in the

past year. Why did he suddenly care so much after they had a divorce?

Graham shook his head and stuttered, “No… No.”

As expected, as soon as Graham finished speaking, he saw Jalen look over even more fiercely, as if

he was going to yell at him.

“What is her name?” Jalen asked.

Graham answered, “Elaina Gainsford.”

He heard Jalen take a deep breath, as if Jalen was trying to control his temper.

“Have you ever seen her?” Jalen asked again.

Graham shook his head and said, “She has never been to the company and you have never been to

Halton’s Residence. Yes, I have never seen her.”

Usually, Elaina would only reach Takvor if she needed anything. Graham had no chance to make

contact with her at all.

After saying that, Jalen picked up a folder on the table and threw it hard at Graham. “Why did I pay you? How could you fail to find her? You didn’t even know that she was standing right in front of

me!”

Graham felt he saw stars because of the hit, but he didn’t dare to dodge. He was stunned when he heard Jalen’s words. “Standing in front of you?”

He didn’t understand what Jalen meant.

“Elaina Gainsford and Dr. Gainsford. Can’t you see that there is something wrong with their names?” Jalen was furious and couldn’t hide his anger when he spoke.
