It proved that her worries were unnecessary.

After the three strong men pulled her into the car, they no longer paid any attention to Jenica. Instead, they got into the car and left.

Things happened too quickly. Jenica only came back to her senses after the car disappeared. She took out her phone in a panic and called the police.

“Mr. Lory wants the one called Elaina Gainsford. If we lose her, we will suffer.”

The car quickly disappeared. It seemed that they were looking for Elaina.

Jalen rubbed his eyebrows and listened to Graham’s report. Jalen inexplicably felt his heart.pounding.

Just then, the phone on the desk rang. Jalen answered the call, “What happened?”

“How do you know something happened?” Quincy, who was on the other side of the line, was puzzled. He

didn’t seem to have said anything yet.

“Just say!” Jalen shouted, trying to suppress his anger.

“I just received news that your ex–wife was kidnapped,” Quincy said.

“What did you say?” Jalen stood up from his office chair.

“I’ll send you the location. As for whether you want to go, that’s your business. Anyway, I’ve already informed

you.” Quincy hung up the phone.

If Elaina had not called Quincy for help, Quincy would not have cared about it.

“I just sent you an address. Check all the security cameras around that area immediately,” Jalen ordered.
