Chapter 198 They Finally Get on the Phone 

"Shawn, where are you going?" 

"The wounds on your body haven't healed yet. Shawn, slow down." 

Seeing Shawn striding out of the ward, Lilian immediately wheeled her chair to follow him. 

On the other side. 

Norah was frantic. 

She called Shawn five more times, but no one answered. 

She put the phone down in dismay. She had a look of worry and loss on her face. 

Vivian took one look at Norah's expression and figured it out. "Still no one answering the phone?" 

"Yeah." Norah nodded, devastated. 

She was now in a state of confusion and panic. 

"Vivian, it's been two days. No one's answering the phone. And he hasn't responded to Instagram messages or texts. Do you think something happened to him?" 

Once Norah had that suspicion, she became even more anxious. 

And the more she thought about it, the more panicked she became. She couldn't calm down at all. 

"He's always been very mature. He's also very serious about his work, so he wouldn't have disappeared for so long for no reason." 

"Have you been in touch with anyone else who was close to him? Or has Shawn contacted anyone else?" Vivian reminded her. 

"I spoke to Anthony, but Anthony said he couldn't get in touch with Shawn either, and I'm even more afraid to ask his parents. I'm afraid that if something does happen to him, his parents won't be able to take it. And things will get worse."
