Charles Hockley frowned involuntarily. As he stopped, the two bodyguards who followed him also stopped. One of the bodyguards couldn't help twitching his mouth but didn’t retort Janice Simpson.
Janice was bold enough. The boss just brought her out to discuss a contract, and she used such appropriate words to describe her relations with the boss, giving people the impression that she has an affair with Mr. Hockley.
Charles Hockley turned his face to Janice and asked indifferently: "What’s the relationship between us?"
"..." Janice was speechless, looking dumb, and then she chuckled faintly, "Charles..."
“I don't want to hear it again.”
The corner of Charles’s lips curled into a cold eclipse, and then he lifted his hand to break off Janice’s hand holding his arm. After he was completely released, he walked away.
"Charles!" Janice called and hurried to chase after him.
Ryan has been attracted by the sound. At the moment Charles left indifferently, he clearly saw the man knife-like face, which was similar to what he saw himself in the mirror everyday!
His eyes lit up, and his spoon fell to the ground with a bang.
"Mummy! That uncle looks just like me!" The child said loudly.
With the cute boyish voices and his chubby face, Ryan immediately attracted many people’s attention, including Charles Hockley.
Also it attracted Charles.
The waiter had open the door for him, but instinctively he heard the voice of a boy, and then he paused and turned his head.
He glanced across the origin of the voice, and then fell on the slender woman sitting beside the boy.
"Who?" Rosemary was a little confused.
"Him!" Ryan said and raised his finger in the direction of Charles.
