Though Herman could stand up and walk, because of the effect of previous car accident, he didn’t walk like a normal person. I was not obvious when he walked slowly, but once he walked faster or ran, he would limp. 

After Herman could stand up, he did not follow the path planned for him by his family but entered the business circle. The Shaw 

family didn’t force Herman to do anything, hoping that he could live freely. Herman’s father still has decades to go in politics, so he 

could still support his family. 

Knowing the car where Lauren was sitting was Herman’s, Dana and others dare not say anything about the car. There were 

many things that money could not buy. 

The round-faced girl was called Theresa Hood and she knew many luxury brands, Her family was not as powerful as others, but she had a good personality, so she often hung out with other girls. Although Theresa did not dare to talk about Herman’s car, her face 

turned gloomy when thinking of Lauren. 

She glanced back at Sally and said with malice, “Sally, I didn’t expect your sister Lauren could drive Herman’s car. What’s her relationship with Herman? His mistress?” 

After Theresa’s family got rich, many women approached her father and some of them everr offended her mother. Theresa thought that Lauren might be Herman’s mistress, and she hated her even more. 

“You were saying that Lauren was Herman’s mistress?” Dana, who was driving, couldn’t believe it and continued, “Did you say that she studied at a top university?” Dana’s family even praised Lauren for this. 

“So what? Education does not show her character,” Theresa looked down at her newly made nail art and said, “Her college is great but that doesn’t mean she is great. I admit that she is pretty but she is just a poor student. Why would Herman let her drive his car? There must be something between them.”
