Madison was a little unhappy. But Darin called Ivan to help, Madison knew it was important.
"I remember Yanis also worked with Darin, right?" After watching Ivan and Ryan playing chess for a while, Madison asked aloud.
Ivan's hand froze. He then responded, "She was just involved in the design. It wasn't really cooperation."
What Madison wanted to express was self-evident, but she didn't say it.
But both Ryan and Ivan could hear the implication in Madison's words.
Since the last time they talked, Ivan and Madison were not as close as before. Ivan almost avoided Madison lately.
Ryan and Ivan played several rounds. Ryan won only twice.
"I'm old. My brain is slow." After Ryan lost again, he leaned back, "Aren't you going to M Country tomorrow? Go and pack your things, I have to practice with your mother."
Madison handed a glass of water to Ivan, and a glass to Ryan, "You are not my rival either."
Ryan took the water glass and laughed, "Yes, yes, you are better than me now, Madam."
Madison glanced at him, "Okay, you should get ready for bed too. I'll help Ivan pack his things."
Speaking of which, Madison looked at Ivan and asked, "What time do you plan to go?"
Ivan took two sips of water, "Morning. I'd like to get there early so I can chat with Darin. It's been a long time."
Madison nodded, "Then I'll book the ticket for you."
When Ivan heard Madison's words, he frowned involuntarily, and he looked at Madison, "Don't bother, I can do it myself."
Madison wanted to say some, Ryan said first, "Give him the passport, he's not a kid anymore, he understands things well. You don't need to worry about everything for him."
Madison didn't speak again. She looked at Ivan after answering, "Let me help you pack something, anyway, you only leave for two days or so, don't bring too much stuff."
Speaking of which, Madison stood up and looked at Ivan, who was still sitting in the chair. "Together?"
Ivan knew that Madison must have something to say, but this time Ivan did not avoid it, put down his water glass and greeted Ryan, and followed Madison upstairs.
"Take Mila with you tomorrow. I heard from her mother that Mila also stayed in M Country for a while."
Ivan just opened the closet when he heard Madison's words. His hands froze, "If you think it's appropriate, I'll bring her with me, I have no objection."
The reason he didn't object was that Ivan knew Madison too well. Even if he didn't let Mila go with him, she would ask Mila to go by herself.
He preferred to agree so that Madison wouldn't speak more.
Madison didn't stop talking, though.
He took the suitcase and put it behind Ivan. "I heard Yanis is pregnant. Is it Zane's child?"
Hearing her words, Ivan lost his grip on the clothes and they fell to the floor.
Madison stooped forward calmly and picked up the clothes that fell on the floor, shaking in her hands, "Do you want to take this with you?"
Ivan looked at Madison without saying anything.
Madison also looked at Ivan, then turned around and folded the clothes in her hand and put them in the suitcase, "Ivan, I know you hate me all this time, but even so, I won't agree with you dating Yanis."
