I Become A CEO After Divorce novel Chapter 362

Chapter 362: It’s All Up To Yanis.

In Line Bay.
After Yanis entered the house, she went straight to the bathroom. As soon as she came in, there was a sound of retching.
Zane's face changed slightly. He walked into the bathroom and gently patted Yanis on the back.
Yanis reached out and grabbed Zane's hand, "I'm fine."
Zane stopped, but seeing her uncomfortable appearance, he could do nothing.
The feeling of helplessness made Zane fear indescribably.
It was as if Yanis would disappear from his world if he was distracted for a second.
Yanis retched for a long time, but she didn't vomit anything.
After leaning against Zane for a long time, Yanis managed to stand up straight. "I want to sleep."
Zane bent over, took Yanis into his arms and headed for the bedroom.
Zane had asked Sophia to clean up this morning, so the sheets and other things were all replaced with new ones.
"Well, take a nap. I'll cook some porridge for you. Sophia bought a lot of ingredients in the morning." Zane said as he helped Yanis tuck the quilt.
Yanis whispered, "OK."
Except for Yanis's miserable crying that day, Yanis has been calm since the baby was lost.
Not a word was said about the baby. Even when Zane wanted to mention the flight attendant, Yanis changed the subject and refused to say anything about it.
So Zane didn't mention these things in the past two days.
But they were back in Manches City. A lot of things could be fixed little by little.
Whether it was Lucia's bribe to the flight attendant or his relationship with the Lawrence family, all these complicated things had to be solved one by one.
Yanis saw Zane sitting on the edge of the bed without moving for a long time. Actually she could guess what Zane was trying to say.
So before Zane could speak, Yanis said first, "I want to sleep now. Let's talk later."
Zane looked down at Yanis and finally nodded. "OK."
That done, Zane leaned over and kissed Yanis between her eyebrows. Only then did he get up. "Well, have a good rest. I'll call you when the porridge is ready."
Yanis responded to him and closed her eyes.
Zane stood by the bed for a few seconds before leaving the room.
Sophia bought a lot of ingredients in the kitchen, which were all placed neatly on the table.
Zane found the rice, cleaned it and put it in the pot.
Then he picked up his phone and called Albi.
After dialing out, Albi answered at once. "Is that Mr. Lawrence? Are you back? Shall I pick you up?"
Zane said, "I'm in Linen Bay. Send the documents here."
Hearing Zane's words, Albi answered, "I see. I'll come here. "
After that, Albi paused as he was about to hang up. "Shall we expose those evidences now?"
Zane was silent for a few seconds. "OK."
Albi replied, "Got it."
Then Zane hung up. After a few seconds of hesitation, Zane found Bonnie's number and dialed out.
After dialing out, it rang several times before Bonnie answered. "Is that Mr. Lawrence?"
Zane said, "Are you available?"
Bonnie replied, "Are you back? I'll pick you up at the airport!"
"We've arrived at Linen Bay. You can come here."
Bonnie was a bit surprised to hear Zane's words.
All the media in Manches City were waiting for Zane and they didn't actually meet them.
"OK. I'll come over right now. Maybe half an hour."
Zane answered, "Well, take it easy."
After hanging up, Zane contacted Haider.
Haider was apparently surprised when he received Zane's call.
"Is that Mr. Lawrence?"
Zane was right to the point. "There must be many competent lawyers working for you, right?"
Haider was a little stunned when he heard that. "I think the Lawrence Group's legal team is much stronger than mine."
"Well, unprediction is people's another name."
Hearing Zane's answer, Haider got it instantly. "When will you need?"
"Now."
"Now?"
Zane replied, "Well, is there anything wrong with you?"
"Neve's matter also need to be resolved, but I can put it off. I'll tell them and they'll come to the Lawrence Group directly when you need."
"Thank you."
"We're both getting benefits, right?"
Zane was silent for a few seconds after hearing Haider's words. "Yeah."
"Well, good luck. Manchester City's business community needs you."
Zane didn't say much about it. He asked, "How much is the investment in three films?"
Haider coughed lightly. "Well… maybe hundreds of millions?"
Zane chuckled when he heard Haider's words. "Myles makes a lot of money."
Haider laughed too. "Mr. Lawrence, let's not go back and forth between each other. If you invest this money, it must be our cooperation and profit. I won't take it all myself."
"Well. Ask them come to the Lawrence Group after an hour."
Haider replied, "OK."
Bonnie and Albi arrived one after the other.
Bonnie wanted to see Yanis as soon as she came in, which was stopped by Zane. "She just fell asleep for a while. The porridge is ready. If it gets cold, remember to heat it."
Bonnie looked at him. "Are you going to come out?"
Zane took his coat. "Yeah, to the company. I'll be back as soon as possible. If you want to leave, you can call me."
"I'm free, you..."
Bonnie wanted to ask something, but at last she swallowed the words that came to her lips. "Actually, I can do something for you."
Then she quickly added, "For Yanis's sake."
Zane glanced at her. "Well, please watch Yanis for me, that's all."
Bonnie nodded. "OK. I'll take care of Yanis."
Then Zane turned to Albi. "Let's go."
"Zane."
Zane was about to leave when Bonnie called him.
Zane stopped and turned to look at Bonnie. "What's wrong?"
"You won't show mercy just because she's your mother, will you?"
Bonnie had heard about the things about the flight attendant, so she had the question.
Zane met Bonnie's gaze and said clearly, "It's all up to Yanis."
Bonnie was a bit shocked when hearing Zane's response. "I know. You can go now."
