The aunt acknowledged and headed to the kitchen with the groceries.

Yanis took a few sips of water and dialed Zane's number once more, but still, there was no answer.

This time, after ending the call, Yanis dialed Albi's number.

Albi's phone rang several times before being answered on the other end.

"Mrs. Lawrence," Albi's voice was as usual, giving no indication of anything.

Yanis didn't beat around the bush and directly asked, "Albi, are you with Zane?"

Upon hearing Yanis' inquiry, Albi paused for two seconds before responding, "Yes, but Mr. Lawrence might not be able to take your call at the moment."
