Invincible Heir novel Chapter 121

Everyone thought they were going to play in the hall, but Karson took Baron to the interior box.

Except Baron, Tracy and Susan, the rest of guests were all Karson’s fellows.

There was even a workbench used for exchanging chips, which was to say, Baron could keep playing so long as he had money.

“Bloke, you are the first one to provoke me here!”

Karson laid supine on the chair, took a Cuba cigar and an attendant hurried to light it.

Baron wasn’t willing to say an extra word, took out a black gold VIP card and gave it to Tracy near him, “Go and exchange for five million chips!”

Tracy didn’t feel good, as she knew Baron squandered money for her despite being rich. But she still followed his words.

Karson laughed coldly, “Merely five million? You dare to defeat me?”

“What if I am lucky and win all the time so that you cannot stand it and surrender?” Baron gave a light smile.

“You wish! That’s impossible.”

Karson scoffed, so did his attendants.

Karson came to regret wasting time on him.

He heard the news that a gorgeous woman appeared at the penthouse. He saw the whole scene through the supervision camera.

He thought Baron was able to take out ten million easily and had some special talent.

“Go!”

Baron said nothing and he uttered “all in” when Tracy took the chips here.

Karson was surprised, as he thought Baron wouldn’t take big risks. He became serious, for few could collect such a huge sum of money quickly across Cona.

It was just the beginning now that Baron said he wanted to defeat Karson.

After all, it was Karson’s place so he could not show fear or lose the five million chips.

Croupier began to deal. Each person got one card. Baron then showed a 4 on the table.

Karson didn’t turn over his card. He laughed loudly when seeing Baron’s card, “You are not lucky! Ha ha…”

“Why are you so confident? What if you get a 3?” Baron bantered.

Karson jeered, “Maybe I will let you down!”

Then he turned over his card and didn’t bother to see it. He stretched out his hand to fetch the chips.

“Bro!”

His attendant cried, while he glared at his fellow, “What?”

“You lose!”

The attendant said cautiously.

“Got it… Wait, what?”

He put his hand on the chips and was astonished. He looked at his card and it turned out that it was a 3. He was stunned.

“Sir, confidence is okay, but overconfidence is embarrassing.” Baron bantered.

Karson’s face turned pale and secretly glanced at the croupier, who was shocked.

“It is just the beginning. My luck is waiting for me.” Karson chuckled.

Baron smiled lightly and didn’t fetch the ten-million chips. He said, “Ten million this time. Deal!”

Karson squinted at Baron and followed.
