Soon, Wayne and Ewin came to the top floor.
When passing by the general manager's office, Wayne suddenly became a little confused and asked the secretary who showed them the way, “Stephen, isn't this Camel’s office?"
Stephen said lightly, “Camel is reporting to the chairman."
"Chairman?" Wayne's eyes widened suddenly.
He was going to ask Camel who did Ewin offended. He didn’t expect Camel to be reporting to the Chairman.
In this branch, the only person to be called Chairman, was no one but the one from the Owen family.
Wayne would be excited if he was to meet the Chairman for business. Yet he was here to apologize.
Thinking of the awkward situation, Wayne was full of worry and gave Ewin a vicious look.
Knock, knock.
Stephen knocked on the door of the chairman's office.
"Come in!" It was Camel.
Stephen opened the door gently, “Gentlemen, here a visitor, Mr. Wayne Porter."
"Okay, thank you, Stephen. That would be all." Camel sent Stephen away.
As soon as Wayne and Ewin entered, they saw the young man in the chairman's seat. And Camel was standing tremblingly at this time, who didn't even have the qualifications to sit.
Wayne's heart twitched fiercely. He was in a high position in the Porter family, since he was sent here to lead this marketing campaign.
He saw Baron and figured out he was the Chairman right away.
The thought of he once tried to hook on Baron's wife, almost frightened him.
"Ah, this was the man I was talking about. He couldn’t be..." Ewin was a little slow on sensing the fear in Wayne, and he still pointed his finger at Baron.
Slap!
Wayne was not an idiot. Ewin's words made him shudder and slapped Ewin in the face.
"You blind dog. How dare you? Shut up now." Wayne wasn't doing a show, he was really cruel.
After a few hard punches, Ewin was full of blood and fell to the ground like a dead dog. Wayne kicked him a few more times.
Up to this moment, Ewin still didn't understand why Wayne would beat him, for a nobody that he offended.
Baron watched the show with a cold gaze, without any words.
"Mr. Owen, I'm really sorry, this trash dare to offend you. Words from my family leader, as long as Mr. Owen is satisfied, it's okay to kill this bastard." Wayne finished with Ewin and looked at Baron.
Ewin was not dead yet. After hearing Wayne's words, he was scared to death. He was merely a dispensable pawn, as long as it could satisfy Baron.
