Baron’s angry voice echoed in the box. It was so scary that it caused panic to everyone present.
“Who the hell are you?” Hudson roared. He finally tore off the mask of a gentleman. And his true character came to light.
“Hudson, he is Baron! This jerk took everything away from me. He is the reason I had nothing! Death will be too good for him! I will make his life a living hell. Disable his limbs and force him to beg at the door of the Moonshine Pub,” Zoey said indignantly.
She stared angrily at Baron, with a feeling of implacable hate. If it weren't for him, she would haven’t got dumped by Wayne.
“So, you’re Baron!” Hudson squinted at the man in front of him.
At the last word, there was a shadow rushing up to him. He felt a hand clutching his neck and his body left the floor by the power from the hand. He started to feel suffocated.
“Where is my daughter?” Baron shouted and grew hot with rage.
Hudson’s guards stood still, frozen with fear. A moment later, they finally recovered from the surprise and screamed, “Leave him alone!”
“Blind them all!” The cruel words came tumbling out of Baron’s mouth.
At his order, Charles grabbed a bottle and smashed it onto a table with a bang. At once the bottle broke in two, with half of it in Charles’s hand, sharp-edged.
The next second, Charles had rushed straight to one of the guards and inserted the sharp-edged bottle into his eyes. The guard fell screaming as blood welled from his eyes, with a long horrible scream filling the whole air. When others around them saw that, they stood motionless, openmouthed, and quivering.
Zoey was frightened out of her wits. Charles showed no mercy at all. He never said a word and inserted the sharp-edged bottle into the eyes of anyone who tried to attack him, sending a wash of blood down their eyes.
In a moment, Charles had blinded four of Hudson’s guards, who had watched Yuri taking off her clothes. There were only the wet red holes where their eyes had been.
The wailing, screeching sound filled the whole room, but the screams were getting lower and lower and finally disappeared, for they all went off in a dead faint.
Yuri was also shocked, but the insult that had just happened still rankled in her mind. So, she thought they deserved it.
And right now, Hudson was still lifted off his feet by Baron and it was growing harder and harder to breathe, but he could see what just happened clearly.
Hudson’s eyes were full of horror. How was this possible? What he was told about Baron was utterly wrong. He was far more than a son-in-law of the Perry family indubitably.
Baron threw Hudson away heavily when the latter almost passed out. The throw was so hard that Hudson flew away out of control and fell to a glass table with a thud.
There were terrible pains through his body. “How could you do that? How dare you?! I’m from the Brown family! You will pay for this!” Hudson roared.
The pain was so intense that Hudson’s face contorted. Then he forced it into an awful smile. “Remember your daughter’s life literally depends on me. I’ll do to her as bad as what you did to me!”
“Are you threatening me?” Baron was in a very bad temper at this moment.
“Scared? It is too late! Unless you kneel down and beg me now, or you’ll never see your daughter again. Ha! Ha!” Hudson said and broke into a fit of laughter.
“You are totally unrepentant but it doesn’t matter. I will find out by myself!” Baron said coldly.
At that moment, there was a sound of footsteps in the corridor. A strong man walked into the box and came striding up to Baron. He straightened up and said, “Mr. Owen, we were standing by for further orders!”
“Turn the Moonshine Pub upside down! Find a four-year-old girl!” Baron ordered.
“Yes, sir!” The strong man shouted in reply and turned away.
