Chapter 429
Savanna had a dream.
Savanna dreamed that Brandon had woken up. Brandon, who was wearing a hospital gown, had been unconscious for 54 days. Brandon had lost more than ten pounds. Brandon looked more chiseled.
Brandon stared at Savanna with his dark eyes seriously as if Savanna was a stranger.
The coldness in his eyes was like a sharp arrow, piercing through Savanna’s heart.
Savanna cried in her dream, “I am Savanna, your wife. Don’t you remember me?”
Savanna cried and woke up.
Savanna met a pair of black pupils while her eyes were filled with tears.
As Brandon narrowed his eyes, he looked elegant
Savanna was fiercely startled as if she had instantly lost the ability to speak Savanna said in a broken sentence, “You… You’re awake?”
Brandon was expressionless. The strange and distant look made Savanna’s fingers tremble Just as Savanna was in a daze, Brandon’s slender fingers reached over and gently touched Savanna’s forehead.
The warm touch of their skin was the best proof.
It was so real that a pleasant surprise rushed into Savanna’s heart. Savanna’s vision suddenly blurred.
“How are you feeling? Are you feeling unwell? I’ll call the doctor! I…”
Savanna turned around and was just about to call the doctor. Brandon suddenly grabbed Savanna’s arm.
Brandon said cruelly, “Who are you?”
Savanna almost fell to the ground, and Savanna suspected that she had misheard.
Is this the nightmare becoming true?
At that moment, the color on Savanna’s face faded and her body could not stop shaking.
“What did you say? You… don’t remember me?”
Tears flowed down Savanna’s cheeks uncontrollably.
“Why is it like this? You… Why do you not remember me again?”
Brandon almost took Savanna’s life again?
Savanna looked out of the window and forced the surging tears back.
“I’ll call the doctor. I’ll ask the doctor what happened.”
Brandon didn’t let go of Savanna’s hand. Brandon pulled hard, and Savanna was pulled to Brandon’s side.
The strength was just right, so it wouldn’t hurt Savanna’s belly, and Savanna just happened to throw herself at him.
Brandon said, “Hottie, you look familiar. Give me a kiss and I will remember who you are.”
Savanna was familiar with that tone.
Savanna suddenly understood. Savanna was anxious and angry. Savanna punched Brandon in the chest. Savanna said, “Brandon, you just woke up, and you’re already joking.”
Brandon coughed from the punch and said, “Savanna, are you trying to kill your husband?”
Savanna was both angry and aggrieved. Savanna said, “Then why did you lie to me? Do you know that just now, I was so scared that I almost died?”
That feeling of helplessness and loss surged up once more, making Savanna feel so much pain that Savanna didn’t want to live anymore.
Brandon held up Savanna’s face and kissed her piously. Brandon used the tip of his tongue to wipe away every trace of bitter tears.
Brandon said, “Don’t cry. I won’t forget you no matter who I forget.”
Savanna nodded. Savanna closed her eyes, and the sound of their lips and teeth intertwined was magnified in the silent ward..
