“Mr. Chris, only my words are cruel here. There may be someone who’s even more vicious. If you’re worried, then remove her or…” I looked at Conrad and said, “Shall I appoint someone to watch over her around the clock? 

Chris didn’t understand my intentions. “Sure. I can rest assured if Ms. Crown is willing to watch over her safety.” 

“That’s impossible. I am not as free as you think.” I immediately hung up. 

Jewel spoke up, “Ms. Crown, you don’t need to be so hostile toward me. I can take care of myself.” 

“You’re healthy and mentally sound. I believe you can do it, but what if the unthinkable happens?” 

Kara pursed her lips tightly so she wouldn’t burst out laughing at my remark 

“Mr. Chris has also instructed me to get someone to protect you around the clock. I think watching you 24/7 isn’t necessary. 

“After all, when you are sleeping, only the person closest to you can protect you, right?” I said without holding back. 

Previously, I felt pity for her when I learned that her husband had passed away, However, now, I believed such a pitiful person must have done something to deserve it. 

“Mr. Gildon!” I looked at Conrad and continued, “You and Ms. Massey are new here. You can bring her to explore the park to familiarize yourself with the surroundings. That way, you can also guard her!”
