"Relax," Dr. Carrillo reassured them first, before taking his time to explain. "The baby's fine, but it's you two who need to worry about yourselves."

"Just look at those dark circles. How many nights have you gone without proper sleep? Pregnant women need to rest well and stay calm. How can you do that if you're plagued by nightmares every night?"

Selena's face fell as she mumbled, "Dr. Carrillo, I want to sleep well, but every time I close my eyes, the nightmares come. I always dream I've fallen, lying there in a pool of blood, and then there's so much blood, and I lose the baby..."
