Mr. Powell Is Hunting for His Wife novel Chapter 32

Diana waddled. She almost fell.

“Ouch,” Diana held on to the wall, covered her eyes with her hands and burped.

“Mr. Powell, what are you saying?” Diana sounded flirtatious, and she didn’t even notice.

Why was it warm in here?

Diana wanted to take off her clothes, but she noticed she wasn’t wearing a suit like she usually dressed. The outfit she wore didn’t even have a collar. She couldn’t take her clothes off herself.

Diana blinked her eyes and felt sad. Her bright eyes covered in tears.

Diana was struggling on how to take off her clothes so that she could felt less warm, while she answered Brooklyn’s question, “Hillvie is good…Burp…But I have to go overseas. I… I shave something to do in Sliwell City. I have to get it done… How to take these off?”

Diana finally found the zipper on her waist.

“Got it!”

Diana then tried to unzipped herself.

Brooklyn was getting sulkier every second.

Anna can’t drink?

Did she get drunk so easy?

Brooklyn took off his coat and threw it onto Diana’s head.

Diana’s dressed way halfway unzipped, and she got blinded with a black coat.

“What’s going on? Is there a power failure?”

Brooklyn felt speechless.

Brooklyn frowned. The next second, Diana heard his cold voice, “You don’t mind people looking at your naked body, but I do mind people gossiping about my assistant’s pet peeves. Put the coat on till you get home.”

Brooklyn controlled his anger. Luckily he didn’t pick Diana up and threw her into the car.

Brooklyn’s initial plan was to drive around the Seaside Street alone after dinner tonight.

Brooklyn squinted his eyes and stared at the drunken Diana. His lips twitched.

If Anna wasn’t drunk, Brooklyn wouldn’t have to worry about her. But Anna was drunk. Who knew what was going to happen if he let her go back alone now.

Anna might lose control in the cab.

Brooklyn couldn’t help but get sulky when he thought of Anna’s action to unzip herself when she was drunk.

Brooklyn took out his phone and put it beside his ear, “Come to the private room.”

Harper appeared in front of the private room after ten minutes.

Harper was surprised to see Anna in Brooklyn’s coat and holding onto Brooklyn’s sleeves.

What? Was this Mr. Powell and Ms. Miller?

Wait, why was Ms. Miller wearing Mr. Powell’s coat?

Didn’t Mr. Powell say he was going to drive around after dinner? Why did he call me here now?

Brooklyn squinted his eyes and took a glance at Harper. He then threw his car key to Harper, “Drive.”

Harper then only understood Mr. Powell wanted him to drive.

This was Harper’s first time driving Brooklyn’s sports car. He was so careful as he was afraid to cause scratches on the car. He couldn’t pay the repairing fee.

Diana fell asleep in Brooklyn’s coat after entering the car.

The moonlight shined through the car window. Diana’s eyes opened a little, then closed immediately, and she fell back asleep.

Brooklyn took a glance at Diana.

Trying to be flirtatious yet so easily drunk?
