With the help of Lin Wen Xin, the two of them finally made it up to her house.

“Be careful, there’s a small step in front of you.” She then brought Wang Shen Ze to the sofa, and laid him down.

Soon, the lead doctor from Yue He Hospital has arrived. After checking on him, he turned to Lin Wen Xin, “Madam, from what I see, President Wang has overworked and this has taken a toll on his body.”

“But not to worry, he will be fine as long as he gets ample rest for the next few days, to recover from his fatigue.” The lead doctor then prescribed a few medications for him to help ease his pain.

She breathed a sigh of relief. Thankfully it is nothing serious!

“Thank you, Doctor.”

Lin Wen Xin decided to move Wang Shen Ze over to the guest room so he could get a better rest for the night. However, he was already asleep and due to her small frame, she had to request for the lead doctor to assist her in this.

After ensuring that he is fine, Lin Wen Xin sent the doctor out before rushing up to her bathroom to take a quick shower. She has to be fast just in case he wakes up and calls for her.

Indeed, when she entered the room again, she heard Wang Shen Ze’s soft voice. “Xin... Xin... don’t... don’t leave me.”

Lin Wen Xin walked hastily to his side, and realised that he was just having a bad dream.

She climbed onto the bed, placed her hand on his forehead and thought to herself, “That’s good, he doesn’t seem to have a fever.”

But just as Lin Wen Xin was about to withdraw her hand, Wang Shen Ze suddenly grabbed onto it and would not let go!

Surprised by his action, she soon saw him mumbling to himself - in his sleep. Lin Wen Xin leaned closer to him to hear what he was trying to say, but at this moment, the situation took an unexpected turn.

She lost her balance and fell on top of him!

“!!...”

And now she could not get up at all, with Wang Shen Ze just conveniently hugging her. Lin Wen Xin’s heart kept racing as she realised how close they are!

No way was she going to stay in this position for the rest of the night. She definitely has to get down!

Lin Wen Xin was careful not to wake him up, and she struggled bit by bit to move over to his side.

But sometimes things just don’t go according to how you planned, isn’t it?

Just as Lin Wen Xin was ready to slide off the bed, Wang Shen Ze managed to pull her back in time and hugged her tightly from the back, with both of his hands.

This is totally unbelievable! Is he trying to take advantage of her??

Why does she feel as though she had thrown herself into the lion’s den?!

But judging from his steady breathing, he must still be asleep... Forget it then... Since he is still unwell, she would be kind enough to let this pass for tonight.

Lin Wen Xin slowly adjusted herself into a more comfortable position, before falling asleep too.

“To win this bid, it is important to make your fashion show event stand out from the rest. As much as the designs of the clothing is important, people also want to attend the event for an experience that they could never get elsewhere.”

“This is why the theme of the event has to be unique. I’d suggest that everyone can finalise and agree on a theme first, before re-drafting another proposal.“

The team became enlightened after hearing the feedback from Lin Wen Xin. Finally there was someone who could explain to them exactly what Wang Shen Ze was looking for.

Indeed, the company has so many projects on hand and he really does not have the time to guide every single team that comes in to report to him. So basically, everyone is expected to know what they are doing.

However, Famuex Corporation’s fashion project is very important to Wang Shen Ze as it would open up many more new opportunities for DT Holdings in the future. Which is why he has also been micromanaging this project, much more than the others.

“You have all heard it. I want to see the revised proposal by the end of this week. Go!” Wang Shen Ze ordered the team coldly.

Yi Fan immediately stepped forward and reported, “President Wang, there is an interview you need to attend in 10 minutes time to select the designers for the project.”

Lin Wen Xin quickly interrupted them and spoke in a stern voice, “Shen, you have to go home and rest now. The doctor said that you are not allowed to work for the whole of this week.”

Wang Shen Ze knew that she was very concerned about his health, but if he did not select a team of fashion designers today, it could possibly lead to a delay for their project.

He walked over to her and hugged her from behind, “Just one more, can I? I promise that I will go home after this. The interview is very important and I have to settle this by today.”

Despite his pleading, Lin Wen Xin still refused to give in. “No, I won’t agree to this. Nothing is more important than your health.”

She suddenly thought of a good solution for this, “Yi Fan, hand me the information of the applicants, I will attend it on behalf of him.”
