“From now on, you will have nothing to do with us. Get out of my sight now!” Margot roared. “The Langley Group also belongs to us. You are to return it all to us!”
“Fine!” David said loudly.
The Langley Group had been on the verge of bankruptcy, and they were the reason it had started to gather some profit. Since business was good for the company again and the main family wanted it back, they were not going to insist on keeping it. They were going to give it up.
“Very well. I’d like to see how your family will survive without the Langley Group!” Margot said in a huff.
“We’re able–bodied adults. We won’t starve,” they shot back.
The Langley family members were furious and yelled at them to leave.
Dustin let out a chuckle.
“Why are you laughing, boy?”
The Langley family was already seething, and they hated Dustin the most. Their rage burned even more when they glared at him.
“I’m laughing at you for being stupid!” Dustin said mockingly. “You might have disowned David and his family, but you’ll be begging for them to return!”
He spoke loudly, and all of them heard him clearly.

“Are you daydreaming or something?” The Langley family members scoffed. Their faces were filled with disdain and contempt.
“That day will never come!” Margot declared coldly.
“Don’t be so sure just yet. That day will come very soon,” Dustin said. He then gestured for Simone and her family to leave.
Under the Langley family members‘ angry gazes, Dustin, Simone, and her family left the Langley family’s main villa.
“David, Monique, Simone, and Camille, I’m really touched by what you did back there, and I’ve decided something. As long as I’m around, your family will be hundreds of times more prosperous than you currently are. You will leave the main family in the dust.
“I told them that they’d be begging to have you back, and I mean it.”
The four of them smiled at Dustin.
“Dustin, we didn’t have to think too much when we made that declaration. Over the days we’ve lived together, we’ve already accepted you as our family. Since we’re family, we’ll celebrate our victories and defeats together,” David said with a smile. “Don’t worry. Even without the company, we can still be happy. We’ll just have to work a little harder, but we’ll be okay.”
“Yeah, don’t worry, Dustin. Once I become famous, I can take care of all of you,” said Camille with all the naivety of a young girl.
“And I graduated with honors from a famous university. I can still get a good job wherever I go. We won’t starve,” Simone said with a smile as well.

His heart was filled with a mix of guilt, warmth, and gratitude.

Shitty ending but considering overall I give the book .05 out of 5 stars. You used the same plot to many times, too many translation errors, even at the end you screwed around with the font and color because who knows why, the title had nothing to do with the story do I need to continue...
Just move to the enemy and let the snipers kill him for you Dustin. Use him as your shield easy peasy Mac n cheesey....

Why does Dustin still think he owes his adoptive dad a debt? Sure he saved his life and help raise, taught martial arts etc... till his death but Dustin stayed on and put his life at risk and invested his time and money into his 5 daughters up until they came across their biological brother and kicked him out. Treat him like a thieving dog and have attempted numerous times to kill him. He finally showed some common sense by imprisoning the 1 sister and killing her cousin yet he lets the others slide. With his status and power I would have already killed them off or at the very least taken them and imprisoned them like the 1 and tortured the mom into spilling everything she knows and getting my rightful inheritance, but the author has to drag it out....
He said to mutilate the body and burn it why not start with beheading it and taking it back to show the city and place it as an offering to his family? That's what a great MC would have done....
Lame you change the name of the characters and use the same ole trope how many time are you going to use it? First it was the Langley sisters, then the McCall girl I believe this is the second or third time with Shawna. You need new material author...
Oh my not the weak who the MC showed mercy by not killing him because of some honor bound duty to a dead guy makes a comeback and forces the MC into a corner before the mc finally kills him arc 🤣...
🤣 now this is better just because I took her virginity doesn't mean I'm responsible for her. Love it....
