Irene felt relieved that Aaron seemed to have let things go and raised her glass to drink
with him.
After just two drinks, her head began to spin.
Seated across from her, Dustin appeared to be losing his clarity too. He swayed slightly in

Seeing this, Aaron and Phoebe dropped their facade entirely.
“Irene, you idiot! Did you really think I wanted to make peace with you? As if you’re even worth it!” Phoebe sneered.
“What… what are you saying?” Irene’s heart sank as unease crept in.
“You walked right into this. No hesitation, no questions. Honestly, you’re pathetic. Serves you right to lose your virginity tonight!” Phoebe taunted viciously as her eyes brimmed with malice.
“Aaron, what are you waiting for? Haven’t you wanted her for years? Here’s your chance to finally get what you want!” she spat with venom.
Aaron stood and yanked his shirt off. His gaze was fixated coldly on Irene’s beautifully vulnerable figure.
“Four years, Irene. Four years of chasing after you, only to have you look down on me as if I’m nothing. Who the hell do you think you are? You think you’re too good for me? I’m from the Burke family. Do you know how many women would kill for my attention? Tonight, I’m going to break you, ruin you, and show you exactly how far you can fall! B* tch!” he roared with barely concealed rage.
“You know what’s in that drink you just had? The strongest roofie money can buy. Even the purest goddess will turn into a wh*re. I’ll record every shameful moment and share it with the whole campus. I want everyone at Lannopolis Elite College to see what a sl*t you are!”
Aaron burst into a maniacal laughter filled with cruelty.
Irene tried to stand, but her limbs felt like lead,
Worse, an unbearable heat surged through her, which fogged her mind and set her body aflame.
“Dustin…” she whispered weakly.
Phoebe snorted disdainfully. “Still counting on him? That drink he just had? It’s five times your dose. It wasn’t even the same drug. His will kill him!”

Irene’s face turned pale as fear clawed at her.
The Crimson Gang was a notorious underground gang in Lannopolis. They were infamous for their brutality and crimes.
The Crimson Gang stopped at nothing. They were far more vicious than any other gang.
She knew Dustin was strong. But even the strongest man could not fight back under the effects of such drugs.
She was scared.
Her fear was not for herself anymore. If anything happened to Dustin, it would destroy the West family.
“Dustin…” she whimpered as tears welled in her eyes.

Shitty ending but considering overall I give the book .05 out of 5 stars. You used the same plot to many times, too many translation errors, even at the end you screwed around with the font and color because who knows why, the title had nothing to do with the story do I need to continue...
Just move to the enemy and let the snipers kill him for you Dustin. Use him as your shield easy peasy Mac n cheesey....

Why does Dustin still think he owes his adoptive dad a debt? Sure he saved his life and help raise, taught martial arts etc... till his death but Dustin stayed on and put his life at risk and invested his time and money into his 5 daughters up until they came across their biological brother and kicked him out. Treat him like a thieving dog and have attempted numerous times to kill him. He finally showed some common sense by imprisoning the 1 sister and killing her cousin yet he lets the others slide. With his status and power I would have already killed them off or at the very least taken them and imprisoned them like the 1 and tortured the mom into spilling everything she knows and getting my rightful inheritance, but the author has to drag it out....
He said to mutilate the body and burn it why not start with beheading it and taking it back to show the city and place it as an offering to his family? That's what a great MC would have done....
Lame you change the name of the characters and use the same ole trope how many time are you going to use it? First it was the Langley sisters, then the McCall girl I believe this is the second or third time with Shawna. You need new material author...
Oh my not the weak who the MC showed mercy by not killing him because of some honor bound duty to a dead guy makes a comeback and forces the MC into a corner before the mc finally kills him arc 🤣...
