In an inconspicuous alley in Lannopolis’s downtown area, Elisa and Jaxon walked. The end of the alley was in sight, and they continued forward.
“The entrance to the black market of Lannopolis is right this way.” Jaxon was Elisa’s guide as he pointed at the wall in front of them.
When they approached it, Jaxon brought out a black card and swiped it at the wall. It let out a beep.
“Permission to enter.”
The wall parted to show a door.
When they went in, they saw a different world.
The black market was just as lively as the downtown area.
“Black markets exist in every major city, and all sorts of people and organizations are gathered here, be they from the underground world or from the lawful society. The rules here are different from the outside world. It’s a mix of light and darkness,” said Jaxon as they continued walking. “Over here, you can find all sorts of things that are banned by law in the outside world. There aren’t any limitations here, so you can say it’s a place full of all sorts of darkness. The more tempting an item is, the more dangerous it is. So long as you have money and power, you can get unexpected items from the black market.”
Elisa looked forward to it.
When she was in Rivenesco, she was really arrogant. The leaders of all sorts of gangs had to humbly serve her. She had heard of the black market more than once.
The black market was the heaven of the underground.
“Are you sure it’s useful for me to be here?” Elisa asked with a frown.
“Of course!” Jaxon was confident. “If we set up a bounty at the bounty area and promise a handsome reward, plenty of assassins will pick up your request.
“The high-reward bounties will even be offered to the global black market, and the top assassination organizations in the world will see it. They have plenty of scary assassins, so if they take up the request, those people can surely kill Dustin.”
Jaxon’s words made Elisa smile. “You’re right. Dustin isn’t invincible. So long as I offer a handsome reward, plenty of people will be willing to kill him.”
“Coincidentally, I know a really powerful assassin. He’s the ace of an international assassination organization!” Jaxon said. “I’ve already asked him to meet with us here. He said he’s willing to kill anyone at a high price.”
Elisa was satisfied with that and urged Jaxon to take her over to the meeting place.
Both moved forward in the bustling black market and arrived in front of an old pharmacy.
“This is our family’s pharmacy, and we sell only valuable medicine and ingredients here. We buy all sorts of rare medicine and ingredients too, then sell them at a high price. We’ve managed to earn a lot of money from this,” Jaxon said proudly. “Also, it’s not easy setting up a business in the black market. Each store is supported by a powerful organization. Since we’ve managed to make our pharmacy flourish, it shows that we’re strong!”
Elisa nodded with a smile.
The Chandler family was affiliated with the Wyatt family. If it was strong, then that meant that the Wyatt family was strong too.
Jaxon had asked the assassin to meet him here because this was his territory, and he felt at ease here.
“If we can kill Dustin, I’ll consider this your achievement,” Elisa said.
While they were talking about how to kill Dustin, Dustin himself arrived in the black market and came straight to a pharmacy.
He wanted to get rid of the poison in Irene. He had obtained six of the seven medicinal ingredients, and he needed one more.
But after looking through the Sorensen family’s medicinal storage, he found nothing.
The last medicinal ingredient itself was already rare enough, but it was even more difficult to find one that was mature.
While he asked Hell Hall to look for it, Dustin himself kept an eye on the ingredient.

Shitty ending but considering overall I give the book .05 out of 5 stars. You used the same plot to many times, too many translation errors, even at the end you screwed around with the font and color because who knows why, the title had nothing to do with the story do I need to continue...
Just move to the enemy and let the snipers kill him for you Dustin. Use him as your shield easy peasy Mac n cheesey....

Why does Dustin still think he owes his adoptive dad a debt? Sure he saved his life and help raise, taught martial arts etc... till his death but Dustin stayed on and put his life at risk and invested his time and money into his 5 daughters up until they came across their biological brother and kicked him out. Treat him like a thieving dog and have attempted numerous times to kill him. He finally showed some common sense by imprisoning the 1 sister and killing her cousin yet he lets the others slide. With his status and power I would have already killed them off or at the very least taken them and imprisoned them like the 1 and tortured the mom into spilling everything she knows and getting my rightful inheritance, but the author has to drag it out....
He said to mutilate the body and burn it why not start with beheading it and taking it back to show the city and place it as an offering to his family? That's what a great MC would have done....
Lame you change the name of the characters and use the same ole trope how many time are you going to use it? First it was the Langley sisters, then the McCall girl I believe this is the second or third time with Shawna. You need new material author...
Oh my not the weak who the MC showed mercy by not killing him because of some honor bound duty to a dead guy makes a comeback and forces the MC into a corner before the mc finally kills him arc 🤣...
