The fight at the restaurant scared more than Keller and his employees.
Jack returned home feeling terrified.
He was the one who had been sent crashing to the floor by Keller after barging in.
He had planned to have a meal with friends at that restaurant. However, the private room next door got really noisy after just a few bites. It had been so bad that he could barely eat.
In a fit of temper, he stormed into the other room to yell at the people there.
However, he had been scared witless after seeing who the perpetrator was.
Once, he had offended Dustin and nearly got killed, and the whole Zimmer family had almost been destroyed. It was only after Klein Zimmer begged for forgiveness and managed to suck up to Dustin that the Zimmer family grew so powerful.
Jack was terrified of Dustin. At the restaurant, he was terrified. Thus, his first instinct was to escape.
Jack did not expect that he would stumble into Dustin when he was only out for a simple meal.
He had been so frightened that he had run off at the first chance he got.
However, when he thought of how he had kicked down the door and shouted at Dustin, Jack felt very uneasy. He was afraid that Dustin would blame him for doing that.
“Grandfather, I think I got into some big trouble,” he said to Klein the moment he saw him. He looked dejected.
“What happened?” Klein asked.
Jack quickly recounted what had happened.
Klein frowned deeply after he heard the story.
Dustin was the Zimmer family’s savior. If it had not been for Dustin’s help, the Zimmer family would have been swallowed by the Wyatt family. There was no way they could have become so successful otherwise.
“You’re always so reckless! How many times have I warned you? You offended Mr. Fox this time. You’re really—” Klein was furious.
“I know I made a mistake, Grandfather,” Jack said weakly. “What should I do now? Will Mr. Fox hold a grudge?”
“How should I know? Don’t you know what kind of trouble people get into after offending Mr. Fox? You might very well have doomed the whole Zimmer family yet again!” Klein felt very troubled.
“Tell me, you didn’t make too much of a scene, right? You just barged in and shouted but not specifically at him?”
Jack quickly nodded.
“That’s good. That’s not too bad.

Shitty ending but considering overall I give the book .05 out of 5 stars. You used the same plot to many times, too many translation errors, even at the end you screwed around with the font and color because who knows why, the title had nothing to do with the story do I need to continue...
Just move to the enemy and let the snipers kill him for you Dustin. Use him as your shield easy peasy Mac n cheesey....

Why does Dustin still think he owes his adoptive dad a debt? Sure he saved his life and help raise, taught martial arts etc... till his death but Dustin stayed on and put his life at risk and invested his time and money into his 5 daughters up until they came across their biological brother and kicked him out. Treat him like a thieving dog and have attempted numerous times to kill him. He finally showed some common sense by imprisoning the 1 sister and killing her cousin yet he lets the others slide. With his status and power I would have already killed them off or at the very least taken them and imprisoned them like the 1 and tortured the mom into spilling everything she knows and getting my rightful inheritance, but the author has to drag it out....
He said to mutilate the body and burn it why not start with beheading it and taking it back to show the city and place it as an offering to his family? That's what a great MC would have done....
Lame you change the name of the characters and use the same ole trope how many time are you going to use it? First it was the Langley sisters, then the McCall girl I believe this is the second or third time with Shawna. You need new material author...
Oh my not the weak who the MC showed mercy by not killing him because of some honor bound duty to a dead guy makes a comeback and forces the MC into a corner before the mc finally kills him arc 🤣...
