Dustin lifted a wine glass.
Jack’s eyes widened, and he opened his mouth.
He had come here to apologize.
But Dustin was making a toast to him! This terrified him greatly.
“No! No! How could you toast to me?” Jack immediately waved in refusal. He reached out to press Dustin’s wine glass back onto the table.
“How could I bear this? This tortures me too much!” Jack looked helpless and terrified.
Even his grandfather had to be respectful toward Dustin.
Jack’s strange behavior made Keller and others confused.
“Mr. Zimmer, you don’t have to be like this. He should really toast to you,” Keller said and smiled.
“Yes, the primary cause of our misunderstanding is him. If it wasn’t for him, we wouldn’t have disturbed you. He should apologize to you!” Gavin also added.
“Mr. Zimmer, please just accept it. He should do this. It’s already good enough that we aren’t making him kneel and grovel before you.”
“Mr. Zimmer, you don’t have to be polite to him. He isn’t that qualified for you to treat him this way. Please, just let him apologize. After he apologizes, he can leave!” others chimed in and advised Jack and mocked Dustin at the same time.
Jack was stunned.
Were these people not with Dustin?
Why did they speak so harshly of him?
He was only being polite to these people because he saw them with Dustin, but the situation seemed off somehow.
He thought about it, and his expression turned slightly strange.
It was only when he carefully thought of everything from earlier that he recalled that Dustin seemed to have beaten these people up when he barged in during the day.
“May I ask what their relationship is with you?” Jack asked Dustin for clarification, just to be safe.
“I have no relationship with them,” Dustin said indifferently.
Jack was stunned.
“Is he good enough to be acquainted with us? Well, if we didn’t want him to apologize to you, who wouldn’t have brought him along,” said someone immediately.
“Exactly! We haven’t even settled our scores with him! After this, we won’t spare him!”

Shitty ending but considering overall I give the book .05 out of 5 stars. You used the same plot to many times, too many translation errors, even at the end you screwed around with the font and color because who knows why, the title had nothing to do with the story do I need to continue...
Just move to the enemy and let the snipers kill him for you Dustin. Use him as your shield easy peasy Mac n cheesey....

Why does Dustin still think he owes his adoptive dad a debt? Sure he saved his life and help raise, taught martial arts etc... till his death but Dustin stayed on and put his life at risk and invested his time and money into his 5 daughters up until they came across their biological brother and kicked him out. Treat him like a thieving dog and have attempted numerous times to kill him. He finally showed some common sense by imprisoning the 1 sister and killing her cousin yet he lets the others slide. With his status and power I would have already killed them off or at the very least taken them and imprisoned them like the 1 and tortured the mom into spilling everything she knows and getting my rightful inheritance, but the author has to drag it out....
He said to mutilate the body and burn it why not start with beheading it and taking it back to show the city and place it as an offering to his family? That's what a great MC would have done....
Lame you change the name of the characters and use the same ole trope how many time are you going to use it? First it was the Langley sisters, then the McCall girl I believe this is the second or third time with Shawna. You need new material author...
Oh my not the weak who the MC showed mercy by not killing him because of some honor bound duty to a dead guy makes a comeback and forces the MC into a corner before the mc finally kills him arc 🤣...
