After Jack beat Keller and others, his anger finally dissipated, and he wanted to apologize to Dustin.
Dustin waved his hands in dismissal and motioned for him to leave.
Jack dared not disobey Dustin, so he could only obediently leave.
Dustin walked to Keller who lay on the ground and looked down at him indifferently.
“What’s your relationship with Jack?” Keller asked unwillingly.
All of them were beaten, but only Dustin remained uninjured. Besides, Jack treated Dustin differently, and anyone could see that there was something between them.
“Rivenesco is not a place which you can control. Simone is also not someone whom you can covet. Go back to Somerton now,” Dustin said indifferently.
David cared about this, so Dustin saw no reason to deal with Keller harshly. He just needed to make the latter back out.
Keller’s face turned red. He did not say anything. He felt unwilling and ashamed.
He just returned from the best university abroad. He rolled up his sleeves and was about to make something of himself before he inherited his family’s property. He had failed even before he achieved anything. How could he return to the Douglas family without any dignity?
Dustin did not bother with him again. He left with Simone.
He initially thought that Keller would just stop here.
Unexpectedly, Keller had Monique invite Simone and Dustin to the most luxurious hotel in Rivenesco.
Keller was accompanied by a noble-looking man and a woman.
“I’m Franklin Douglas, the patriarch of the Douglas family. This is my wife. We are here regarding Keller’s marriage with Simone,” Franklin said.
The three people were a bit surprised.
David had gone to Somerton, but the Douglas family had arrived in Rivenesco.
“There’s 5 million here. Don’t get involved in this again. Just leave Rivenesco and go anywhere you want.” Franklin pushed a bag toward Dustin. His tone of voice carried impatience as though he was doing this out of charity.
Dustin scoffed.

Dustin could not help but chuckle.
He realized that he had thought too highly of the Douglas family.
They acted so reserved and mighty, yet they dished out only 5 million to chase Dustin away.
Simone looked at Franklin and Keller’s mother, Ellen Douglas, with a strange expression.
She knew about Dustin’s abilities.
One word from Dustin, and the Zimmer family would beg for him to take their money.
5 million…
That might be nothing at all for Dustin.
Even Simone felt embarrassed on their behalf. Was this not humiliating?
“Haha! 5 million, huh?” Dustin sneered.
He despised the Douglas family.

Shitty ending but considering overall I give the book .05 out of 5 stars. You used the same plot to many times, too many translation errors, even at the end you screwed around with the font and color because who knows why, the title had nothing to do with the story do I need to continue...
Just move to the enemy and let the snipers kill him for you Dustin. Use him as your shield easy peasy Mac n cheesey....

Why does Dustin still think he owes his adoptive dad a debt? Sure he saved his life and help raise, taught martial arts etc... till his death but Dustin stayed on and put his life at risk and invested his time and money into his 5 daughters up until they came across their biological brother and kicked him out. Treat him like a thieving dog and have attempted numerous times to kill him. He finally showed some common sense by imprisoning the 1 sister and killing her cousin yet he lets the others slide. With his status and power I would have already killed them off or at the very least taken them and imprisoned them like the 1 and tortured the mom into spilling everything she knows and getting my rightful inheritance, but the author has to drag it out....
He said to mutilate the body and burn it why not start with beheading it and taking it back to show the city and place it as an offering to his family? That's what a great MC would have done....
Lame you change the name of the characters and use the same ole trope how many time are you going to use it? First it was the Langley sisters, then the McCall girl I believe this is the second or third time with Shawna. You need new material author...
