“Dustin, how dare you?! You’ve offended the Clarke family. Not only are you in danger yourself, but you might also drag the Langley family into this mess. Tell me, what punishment do you think you deserve?”
Conan demanded while he fixed Dustin with a cold glare.
“Do you even know the magnitude of your mistake? Do you think you can provoke the Clarke family and get away with it? How did the branch of the Langley family end up with such a reckless son-in-law? Have they lost their minds? This will be their downfall!”
“Sir, I think it’s time we sever ties with the branch family. From now on, the Langley family will consist of the main family only.

Members of the main family chimed in one after another and urged Conan to disown the branch family.
“You can’t do this!” David appeared at the doorway of the hall and shouted in desperation.
He had rushed over as soon as he heard that Dustin and Simone had been summoned, only to arrive in time to hear the calls to sever ties with the branch family. His heart sank.
“Why not? Look at the state of your family! Do you even deserve to bear the Langley name anymore? With an unruly son-in-law like this, it’s no wonder you’re doomed! We won’t let ourselves be dragged down with you,” the main family members said and sneered.
David’s face darkened.
If the branch family were disowned, they would lose their place in the Langley family entirely. They would be cast out, without lineage or support.
The Langley family had strong traditions of ancestral pride. If David brought such news back, the Langley family in Rivenesco would be enraged.
“This goes against the traditional family rules!” David protested.
The main family members sneered in response with expressions full of mockery.
If they had followed the so-called family rules, would they be as prosperous as they were today?
“There is a way to avoid getting disowned,” Conan said with a thinly veiled agenda.
“You’ve been running Peace Hospital, haven’t you? It’s sheer luck that some of Lovellia’s most renowned doctors have flocked to it. But with just the branch family’s capabilities, there’s no way you can keep it afloat. Peace Hospital is far too big of a venture for you.
“Here’s the deal. Hand over Peace Hospital to the main family. We’ll collaborate for mutual benefit, and I’ll consider allowing you to rejoin the Langley family.”
David and Simone froze in shock.

Shitty ending but considering overall I give the book .05 out of 5 stars. You used the same plot to many times, too many translation errors, even at the end you screwed around with the font and color because who knows why, the title had nothing to do with the story do I need to continue...
Just move to the enemy and let the snipers kill him for you Dustin. Use him as your shield easy peasy Mac n cheesey....

Why does Dustin still think he owes his adoptive dad a debt? Sure he saved his life and help raise, taught martial arts etc... till his death but Dustin stayed on and put his life at risk and invested his time and money into his 5 daughters up until they came across their biological brother and kicked him out. Treat him like a thieving dog and have attempted numerous times to kill him. He finally showed some common sense by imprisoning the 1 sister and killing her cousin yet he lets the others slide. With his status and power I would have already killed them off or at the very least taken them and imprisoned them like the 1 and tortured the mom into spilling everything she knows and getting my rightful inheritance, but the author has to drag it out....
He said to mutilate the body and burn it why not start with beheading it and taking it back to show the city and place it as an offering to his family? That's what a great MC would have done....
Lame you change the name of the characters and use the same ole trope how many time are you going to use it? First it was the Langley sisters, then the McCall girl I believe this is the second or third time with Shawna. You need new material author...
Oh my not the weak who the MC showed mercy by not killing him because of some honor bound duty to a dead guy makes a comeback and forces the MC into a corner before the mc finally kills him arc 🤣...
