“Davis Construction Materials?” The voice on the phone hesitated for a moment. “Sir, I’m terribly sorry, but I’ve never heard of this company.”
“If you haven’t heard of it, look it up.” Dustin’s voice carried unmistakable authority.
“Yes, My Liege. Please hold for a moment.
“I found it. It’s a small building materials company located on Treasure Avenue in Hattan city center. What would you like me to do?”
“Acquire it. As quickly as possible,” Dustin ordered.
“Understood.”
After hanging up, Dustin turned to Sean.
“Who were you calling?” Sean had not caught the details of the conversation and eyed him with suspicion. “What? You think you can just make a call and get people to show up here? I’d love to see who exactly you can summon. Think they’ll be high enough up the hierarchy?”
“You’ll find out soon enough.” Dustin smiled faintly.
Sean glanced at the office door, which was on the verge of collapsing, and grinned.
“Won’t be long before you’re on your knees, bruised and broken. You’ll be begging at my feet.”
Outside the office, Patricia watched anxiously as the security guards continued battering the door. It was about to give way.
If they all charged in at once, how could Dustin possibly fight them off?
They might even beat him to death…
She had no way of stopping them.
“Come on, just a little more! The door’s about to break!” one of the security guards shouted.
They were itching to storm in, rescue Sean, and earn themselves some brownie points.
Finally, with a loud crash, the weakened door burst open, and a horde of security guards rushed into the general manager’s office.
Sean lit up like he had just spotted his saviors and sneered triumphantly.
“Take this b*stard down! Destroy him!” he bellowed.
The security guards charged at Dustin with immense aggression.
A sharp glint flashed in Dustin’s eyes as he prepared to unleash his pure energy.
Even if he held back, a single blow would leave these weaklings either crippled or half-dead.
“Stop!”
A sudden voice rang out.
The security guards turned toward the source of the voice, and they were startled. They immediately stepped back and stood at attention.
“Mr. Davis! What brings you here?” Their expressions shifted to one of utmost respect.
The man who had just entered was none other than the highest authority in the company, Christopher Davis, the chairman of Davis Construction Materials.
“Mr. Davis, a thug broke into the general manager’s office and beat him up. We were just about to restrain him,” one of the security guards reported.
“I see. You’re dismissed,” the chairman said impassively.
“But…” The guards hesitated.
“I said, leave.”
His tone invited no argument. The security guards immediately withdrew without another word. They did not even spare Sean a glance.
Christopher then stepped over the broken door and entered the office. Patricia instinctively tried to follow, but before she could, the door swung shut and made it impossible for her to get in.
“Beat this b*stard to death!” yelled Sean as he assumed that help had arrived. He looked elated.
But he was stunned when he finally got a good look at the newcomer.
It was not the security guards. It was just one man.
“Mr. Davis? What are you doing here? Where are the guards?” Sean was confused.

Shitty ending but considering overall I give the book .05 out of 5 stars. You used the same plot to many times, too many translation errors, even at the end you screwed around with the font and color because who knows why, the title had nothing to do with the story do I need to continue...
Just move to the enemy and let the snipers kill him for you Dustin. Use him as your shield easy peasy Mac n cheesey....

Why does Dustin still think he owes his adoptive dad a debt? Sure he saved his life and help raise, taught martial arts etc... till his death but Dustin stayed on and put his life at risk and invested his time and money into his 5 daughters up until they came across their biological brother and kicked him out. Treat him like a thieving dog and have attempted numerous times to kill him. He finally showed some common sense by imprisoning the 1 sister and killing her cousin yet he lets the others slide. With his status and power I would have already killed them off or at the very least taken them and imprisoned them like the 1 and tortured the mom into spilling everything she knows and getting my rightful inheritance, but the author has to drag it out....
He said to mutilate the body and burn it why not start with beheading it and taking it back to show the city and place it as an offering to his family? That's what a great MC would have done....
Lame you change the name of the characters and use the same ole trope how many time are you going to use it? First it was the Langley sisters, then the McCall girl I believe this is the second or third time with Shawna. You need new material author...
Oh my not the weak who the MC showed mercy by not killing him because of some honor bound duty to a dead guy makes a comeback and forces the MC into a corner before the mc finally kills him arc 🤣...
