In an instant, the six henchmen had been crippled.
From start to finish, none of Kendall’s eight henchmen managed to get close enough to even touch Dustin before they were crippled.
Also, the fight was too quick. It had been barely a minute since Dustin stepped into the apartment.
“How could this happen? Is he some kind of monster?” Kendall’s eyes widened.
He did not realize that there could be such a powerful martial artist in the world. It was so terrifying.
Dustin had the kind of skills that seemed only plausible in books or the kind of power that was even greater…
Kendall could not puzzle it out, and so he was absolutely frightened.
He had wanted to take revenge on Dustin, so he abducted Patricia. He thought that, with enough preparation, he would succeed in getting Dustin to beg him for mercy. He never expected that things would turn out this way.
Dustin looked at Kendall icily, and the latter could not help but shiver.
“Don’t come closer!” Kendall yelled in a panic and quickly put his knife to Patricia’s pale neck.
Kendall was terrified. He was afraid that Dustin would cripple him with just one touch.
He had been full of hatred and resentment for Dustin, but only terror was written on his face at this time.
“Dustin, if you don’t want Patricia hurt, you’ll listen to what I say!” Kendall yelled.
“This is a sharp knife! If my hand slips, she’ll die. You’d better think this through!”
Dustin stopped moving and looked at Kendall calmly.
“Dustin, you really surprised me. I didn’t know you were so powerful when it comes to fighting. Are you even f*cking human?
“But I don’t care what you are. I have Patricia now. You have no choice but to listen to me, no matter how powerful you are. If you don’t, I’ll kill her! At worst, we’ll all die together!”
Kendall’s expression was vicious as he spoke.
Dustin did not respond to Kendall. He looked at the terrified Patricia.
With a knife against her neck, anyone would be scared.

Shitty ending but considering overall I give the book .05 out of 5 stars. You used the same plot to many times, too many translation errors, even at the end you screwed around with the font and color because who knows why, the title had nothing to do with the story do I need to continue...
Just move to the enemy and let the snipers kill him for you Dustin. Use him as your shield easy peasy Mac n cheesey....

Why does Dustin still think he owes his adoptive dad a debt? Sure he saved his life and help raise, taught martial arts etc... till his death but Dustin stayed on and put his life at risk and invested his time and money into his 5 daughters up until they came across their biological brother and kicked him out. Treat him like a thieving dog and have attempted numerous times to kill him. He finally showed some common sense by imprisoning the 1 sister and killing her cousin yet he lets the others slide. With his status and power I would have already killed them off or at the very least taken them and imprisoned them like the 1 and tortured the mom into spilling everything she knows and getting my rightful inheritance, but the author has to drag it out....
He said to mutilate the body and burn it why not start with beheading it and taking it back to show the city and place it as an offering to his family? That's what a great MC would have done....
Lame you change the name of the characters and use the same ole trope how many time are you going to use it? First it was the Langley sisters, then the McCall girl I believe this is the second or third time with Shawna. You need new material author...
Oh my not the weak who the MC showed mercy by not killing him because of some honor bound duty to a dead guy makes a comeback and forces the MC into a corner before the mc finally kills him arc 🤣...
