My Aloof Sisters Asked for My Forgiveness novel Chapter 844

“What is this?!” Kendall was fearful.

He wanted to kill Patricia and make Dustin suffer along with him.

At the very least, he wanted Dustin to regret this for the rest of his life. That way, he would still feel as if he had won somehow.

However, when he tried to cut Patricia, a weird red light appeared around her and blocked her from him.

The red light pushed Kendall away from Patricia, and he could not get close.

“What?!” Kendall was baffled.

After experiencing Dustin’s terrifying power, Kendall’s worldview had been upended. That was bad enough. But even after deciding to go all out and kill Patricia, something like this was still happening.

What was even going on?

Kendall was on the verge of going crazy.

Patricia looked at her body bathed in red.

The warm light surrounded her like a veil and stopped Kendall from hurting her.

“Is it because of this?” Patricia was in disbelief as she suddenly thought of something.

Dustin had won the auction for a blood-red jade at an auction in Hattan. He said that it was a priceless artifact.

Dustin had given her the jade and asked her to put it on. He had even pricked her little finger and dripped a drop of her blood on the jade.

Back then, Patricia had told him off and called him crazy.

However, it felt nice to wear the jade, so Patricia always kept it on her.

She had never imagined that the jade would have such a mystifying power and could save her life at such a critical moment.

It was no wonder that Dustin did not seem scared at all. He had to know about the jade’s power.

“What the f*ck is that?” Kendall roared in fear. He had seen too many strange things today.

However, he started shaking again as Dustin moved closer.

His face was deathly pale, and his grip on his knife went lax.

“Anyone who dares to hurt her will die.” Dustin moved ever closer. His face was icy and vicious.

The murderous way in which Dustin looked at him made Kendall’s heart leap to his throat. It became hard for him to breathe.

He suddenly felt a very familiar feeling.

He finally understood why he had felt so scared that day outside the auction house.
