With a fake smile, Aaron answered to his wife, "I gave them a request that Nora has to kneel down and apologize to you."
Rita was stunned. She didn't expect that Aaron would make such kind of request. She helped Anya stand up and said, "You are the elder and I am the younger member. You shouldn't have done this. I can't afford it."
Anya said in a hurry, "Riri, I'm sorry. It's all my fault. I didn't teach Nora well, so she did those things to you. Please forgive her for my sake."
Rita sighed, "I won't forgive her. She killed my baby. I will never forgive her. If someone hurt your baby, will you forgive him?"
Anya was stunned. "But Nora really can't kneel to you. Let me do it. I apologize to you on behalf of her. Would that be okay?"
Hearing Anya cry, Rita felt more and more sad. She also had her own mother. She really couldn't accept seeing a mother kneel down for her daughter.
She pulled Anya up and said, "Forget it. It doesn't matter if Nora apologizes to me or not."
Rita knew that even if Nora knelt down and apologized to her, she did not do it with her heart. Why should she push them to do so?
She knew that Aaron wanted to help her vent her anger, but it didn't matter whether she could vent the anger or not. Moreover, she didn't want to see Nora at all.
When Aaron heard this, he frowned and walked up to Rita, "Riri."
He wanted to help her vent her anger. He asked Nora to apologize to Rita in order to revenge on her. She tortured his wife before, killed their child, and hurt Rita both physically and mentally. Someone should pay for this.
But she didn't want to see Nora at all. She raised her hand to stop Aaron from continuing, "Didn't you say that you would listen to me?"
