Vivian looked up at him with a vague look. She did not refuse immediately and reached for the glass and took a drink.
The feeling of liquid crossing her throat was so comfortable that she sighed contentedly.
"Are you hungry? Do you want something to eat?" William asked.
Vivian shook his head and didn't give him a look.
Roe took Vivian's arm and rubbed his face on her shoulder, "Mom, I missed you so much. I was so scared."
Roe was so scared that he didn't even dare to speak up the moment he saw her lying motionless on the bed.
Vivian reached out and touched his head. Although she didn't speak, the love and care in her eyes would melt anyone into it.
Roe giggled, "I know, mom must want to say that you love Roe the most, right?"
Vivian nodded contently.
Roe immediately raised his eyebrows at William with a smile of victory in his eyes.
William sneered and put his hand on his head.
Then he found a small stool and sat beside her and looked at her.
Vivian felt his eyes put pressure on her.
And there was always a sense of uneasiness.
William didn't seem to be right today, Vivian thought.
William's mother Mrs. Lucia came in and held a thermos box in her hand when the door outside was pushed open. She was surprised the moment she saw Vivian, and said, "You are awake! That's great."
Vivian nodded and laughed with kindness.
Mrs. Lucia went forward and said, "I'm really worried about you. How can you jump from such a high place in that situation? Even if you don't care about the rest, don't you think about Roe? You can't do such a rash thing next time."
"Thanks to that, nothing serious happened; otherwise Roe and William would be very sad." Mrs. Lucia nagged. Now she was a little less haughty and more homely.
Vivian was not someone who didn't know good or bad, but he didn't want to talk about it now.
If it was not for personal experience, people would never experience the feeling of despair again after seeing hope.
But fortunately, the safety cushion had been set up below, which meant her life should not end.
Her heart was happy the moment she was landing on the cushion. That was good!
Mrs. Lucia didn't say any more after nagging a few words. When she set up the meal, she saw William sitting on Vivian's side and staring at her without making a sound, and felt uncomfortable.
"Look at you now. It's almost like you've just been dug out of the coal mine. Go back to take a shower quickly. Don't get in the way here." Mrs. Lucia said to William in disgust.
William looked at Vivian, but saw her turning her eyes and staring at the food in William's hand. She seemed very hungry.
After thinking for a while, William held out his hand and reached for it, "Hungry? Let me feed you. "
Mrs. Lucia looked at him in surprise and shook unbelievably.
Vivian looked away and shook her head gently.
