My dear lawyer novel Chapter 488

Selina looked out of the gate with anger in her eyes.

Vivian had an inspiration and took a few steps outside. Through the crack of the gate, she saw the man standing outside in an upright form.

William!

However, at this time, there was a delicate woman in William’s arms, all in pink and red, she could not see the face clearly.

But it was impossible for Vivian to not recognize the woman. She was so familiar with the figure.

Angie!

Vivian took a deep breath, and her good mood disappeared in an instant.

She thought it was so ironic.

Was that William's attitude to the failed proposal?

He had just proposed to her, and the next second he was hugging another woman, still at the gate?

His sincerity seemed worthless!

Vivian waved to Selina, "Come down, that's enough."

Selina lost interest. She saw Vivian's expression changed, so she did not say anything and began to climb down.

But there was something appearing out of her expectation and make her jump.

For example, when climbing up the tree, everything was okay; however, when return the same way, Selina was shocked by a green furry insect.

"Oh my god..." A shrill voice pierced the air. Selina screamed and fell down from more than a meter high, landing with her butt first.

Vivian was shocked, "Selina, are you all right?"

Roe was also scared and rushed over, "Auntie Selina, are you all right?"

Selina screamed at the caterpillar on her arm and almost cried out.

Seeing this, Vivian also felt disgusted, but quickly grabbed her arm, "Don't move, hold on!"

She picked up a branch and plucked that bug away, while Selina's arm had swollen up quickly.

"Go to the clinic in the back and ask the doctor to put a bandage on it. Right now!" Vivian frowned.

Selina was sad, and then she had come to her mind, "Why am I so out of luck, Vivian, it hurts... "

"Selina is stupid and not strong at all." Roe looked at her with contempt.

Selina was unconvinced, "I'm very careful. It's not all because of the mother fuck... Oh, William, here you are!"

She felt a lack of confidence at the end.

Selina stared at William, who seemed cool and coughed awkwardly.

William frowned and ignored her. Instead, he looked at Vivian, "Are you ok?"

"Well, it's me who's injured, OK? Vivian is fine, bite your tongue!" Selina thought of the scene she had just seen, and immediately felt confident again. So she did not answer in a good mood.

William frowned again.

Selina took a look behind him, "Don’t you hurry up to hug your sweetie? Don't you feel ashamed of yourself in public? What are you doing now? To show excessive attention to Vivian? William, don't be so greedy!"

William glanced at her coolly, "Want to be thrown out again?"

"Well? Is he so powerful? "Selina goggled.

Vivian came to her mind and chuckled, "I'm kidding. Just a possibility."

"Alan has been an official for so many years, and he must be well-connected. Maybe some friends helped him at this time, so they are released. But this won’t be the end of it." Selina whispered.

Vivian chuckled. Did it have anything to do with her?

No!

But since she knew William's identity, she thought if William did something to protect them, then a lot of things started to make sense.

However, this idea just approved what her thought, didn’t it?

William still cared about Angie. Vivian sneered.

Selina's arm wasn’t seriously hurt, and after emergency treatment, the swelling would be reduced in two hours.

Roe washed the fresh fruits for his grandmother. Selina was taken away by Grace, who was called by William.

Only Vivian was left in the room and William came to her.

"Did you see?" William asked again.

Vivian seemed confused, "What?" Her expression was as same as Roe’s, especially eyes.

William frowned and thought she did not seem to be pretending, so she didn’t see it at all?

"Just now Angie came to me!" William confessed now, as he could not imagine what would happen when Selina told her the trueth.

So, he caught the ball before the bounce!
