D's PoV

Shanu and I settled in the guest room after dinner. It was a tiring job to keep Ravi away from my sister. He is unstoppable. I avoided my sweet hubby until now. I feel embarrassed to face him. I proposed to him without knowing what he had in his mind. I mean, I know that he loves me. But he never said it to me. He is a man with no words, he always shows his love in his actions. Even today, he just hugged me in front of everyone.

I decided to sleep with Shanu tonight. That way I can avoid encountering my hot hubby today. There was a knock on the door. I know who it is.

"Come in, Ravi. It's already 10.30." I tried being strict.

"Hehe! I just wanted to tell you something, anni."

"Tell me something? Or ogle her for some more time?" I asked him pointing to Shanu.

"For God's sake talk like you are my sister, Danya! Hey! Why are you here at this hour? We have been talking for so long during dinner, right? What else do you have to say?" Shanu started with me and ended with him.

"Anvi! You don't know how to talk lovingly. See you always hurt my poor heart. And I came here to talk to my anni. Not to see or talk to you." Ravi spat at her. 

Shanu’s face fell and Ravi said, "Hey, Don't feel, baby! I just played. I came to see you too."

"pch! Quit flirting, you two. I'm here. What is the matter, Ravi?"

"Anni, I have a lead on who might have leaked the quotation amount. I need you to check on the dates the quotation was made and if Smirthi was there on those dates."

"Whaat? You are doubting on her? But why would she do that?"

"Anni! One of the companies that stole our project is Smirthi's mother's own brother's Company. That is Smirthi's Maternal Uncle's company. It was not a big one before. But after taking over that project, his company has made good profit. He is getting many other projects too now."

"Just because her uncle got that tender, doesn’t mean he cheated, or she leaked." I tried to reason.

"Pch! Stop talking like Mother Teresa. He has a hunch. He asks you to check on it. Just do what he says. You don’t know anything by yourself and you won’t listen to anything we say. You are a trouble, D. I pity Rishi mama. His life is gone for good." Shanu said.

They both high-fived and laughed? Stupids!

I drove him out of the room and Shanu started her lecture for my misdeeds today. I don't have a mother-in-law. But I have my sister.

Rishi's PoV

After they all went, I went to our room and started to wait for her. She never came. I called Arjun and told him that she came home safely.

I went down for dinner. She, as usual, served the first time and joined us. She spoke to everyone as usual. She even played with dad, Shanu and Ravi. Never once has she raised her eyes at me. I felt a pain in my heart. As she said, did I hurt her beyond repairs? I made myself up for the night. I will tell her everything about Smirthi. I will confess my love to her. 

It's 11pm already and she is still not here. I went down to bring her to our room. But Ravi came out of the guest room and he said the sisters are sleeping together today.

Shit! I should wait until tomorrow.

D's PoV

I went to our room. All my belongings are there. I can no longer avoid my hubby. When I went in, I saw my handsome hubby sleeping like a baby. I went near him and made sure he was still sleeping.

"Hey Handsome, I Love You! I don’t know what you have in your mind. I don't know what binds you with her. But I know You are destined to be with me. I confessed my feelings to you. Now I'm going to wait for you to make a move towards me. So, stop being so handsome and irresistible. You are a rude and ruthless fellow. And I love that too!" I spoke to him in his sleep.

I went to the restroom to do my business. When I came out after bathing, I was choosing a dress to wear. I was also singing my all-time favorite song.
