Willow, who was holding Lara up, was stunned by what she saw. She suddenly did not know how to react.
Lara had also not expected somebody else to be more furious than she was.
However, this fury seemed a little too much. If this went on, somebody was going to die.
Willow saw Jasper hitting George as if the latter was a punching bag.
In the beginning, George could still beg for Jasper to stop. However, at this point, he was too dizzy to even do that. His body swayed from side to side.
If this went on, George really was going to lose his life!
Willow quickly let go of Lara and stepped forward to grab Jasper's arm. At this moment, Jasper had lifted his fist and was about to strike George again.
The forceful punch would soon land on George's chest.
If the punch really did land, Willow was afraid George would actually die.
Her heart was about to leap out of her chest. "Stop!" She exclaimed.
Jasper's fist stopped barely an inch away from George's chest. He turned around to look at Willow.
His pupils were usually pitch black, but now they were fully red like a cold-hearted beast's.
His gaze was like a blade made of ice that could pierce through a person's heart.
Willow felt as if her soul was trembling. A chilling sensation traveled down her spine.
Jasper's gaze was way too intimidating.
However, George had already fallen unconscious in Jasper's arms. Blood kept dripping from his mouth.
He really would die if he did not get the treatment he needed soon. Jasper would have a life on his hands.
Willow suppressed her fear and hurriedly said, "Mr. Hughes, stop hitting him. He'll die if you don't stop. Let's call it a day. We'll just let it slide. Thanks for standing up for my mother…"
Evidently, there was a look of panic and concern in Willow's eyes.
