Her words further fueled the fire. “I wonder if she regretted saving you when you humiliated her for my sake?” 

Liam clenched his fists, ready to strike Liliane. However, the caretakers intervened and stopped him. Scott had made it clear to Liliane that he was not a god and wouldn’t be able to save her if she deteriorated again. Liliane had hired two caretakers to protect her as someone who cherished her life. 

“You seem angry, Liam. Why is that? 

“Is it because you mistook your benefactor for someone else? Or is it because Esther died due to the cyberbullying from your fans? 

“Regardless, I thank you. You know, I had been wishing for her death for a very long time. Unfortunately, nobody is above the law, and I would have faced punishment if I had killed her!
