The two immediately came to an agreement. Nash did not hesitate for even a moment before he entered while Talroth stood guard at the entrance, waiting for Nash to return.
…
Inside the God of Equilibrium, Sven and Nash entered the 'game' at the same time.
In front of the two was a scale.
In an instant, both Sven and Nash sensed something different about their bodies.
“W-What’s going on?”
Sven was still confused, but Nash had already figured it out. He had become an ordinary human again.
Nash’s eyes glazed over as he gazed at his hands with a quizzical look. All the cultivation he had achieved while at Tili Mountain, as well as the powers he had gained, had vanished in an instant.
Just as the two were about to become overwhelmed by confusion, the rules to Heaven and Netherworld appeared in their minds.
“Thirty people will coexist on an abandoned island, and you'll get one point for every day you survive. Once you have 30 points accumulated, you can get a wish granted. There are no limits to the number of wishes you can have.”
Such simple rules. In other words, it meant they could have a wish come true as long as they spent a month living here. Were things really that simple?
The rules continued coming.
“Every seven days throughout this process, a special incident will occur. The participant will be rewarded with bonus points once they resolve the issue.
“The God of Equilibrium will remove everything that may affect the body’s performance, excluding your health status, to ensure fairness in the game. This includes but is not limited to illness, any special abilities, and energy powers.
"Everything will be restored upon elimination or victory.”
It looked like the two were confused because the God of Equilibrium had the ability to remove their cultivation skills.
Sven recalled the explanation printed on the back of the map he had been gifted by the old beggar.
He had been asked to find the God of Equilibrium because no one could escape his influence when in his area of control. The same could be said about the gods.
The Illuminion was at a loss for what to do, and the gods that had materialized within the mortal world also steered clear out of fear of those powers.
