As Patrick spoke, he glanced at the butler. For the first time, the butler actually saw smugness and showing off in Patrick’s eyes. 

The butler suddenly understood why Patrick’s mood suddenly improved.

Violet already understood that Patrick was probably planning to have dinner with her tonight. That was why he was so angry later. 

When Patrick heard Violet’s words, the smile on his face deepened. “Alright, go wash up. I’ll call you downstairs for supper later!” 

Violet nodded. Patrick smiled and turned to leave.
