The baby finally closes his eyes and falls asleep quietly after eating. He has a smile on his pink lips.

Nina quietly looks at the baby’s face and feels warm in her heart.

Is this the happiness of being a mother? She thinks of her daughter bitterly. Before she could have a look at the world, she was taken away by death. She feels sad for a while.

She gently puts little Nelson on the bed and covers him. Nina stays by the bed and watches the baby’s sleeping face.

Lucien has been watching Nina. His mood is complicated.

He’s never seen Nina like this. Maternal love makes her look so holy. It seems that the baby has occupied all her mind.

Lucien feels a little jealous of his son. He gets so much tenderness and attention from Nina.

Suddenly, Nina is pulled out of bed by Lucien!

She is pinned on the wall by him and kissed by him. His kiss is fierce and takes almost all of her breath.

She feels nothing but a blank in front of her eyes. Little Nelson is by the side. How can he kiss her? A pure baby lies by. How can he treat her as a prostitute and do whatever he wants?

She kicks him and beats him hard. “Let go of me! You let go of me. You’re crazy!”

Nina’s chest feels even stuffier after roaring.

Lucien looks down at her with complicated eyes and no expression on his face.

She frowns slightly and looks at the expressionless man in front of her. She doesn’t know what he is thinking. She can’t understand his heart. What is he going to do?

“Lucien, what are you going to do?” She roars again. “Why do you always bully me? I’m not the kind of woman you think I am. Why do you always harass me? I hate you!”

Lucien hears her and looks at her face. He is suddenly frightened. He feels a bit distressed.

“Be my woman!”

Hot words blurt out. At the moment he says it, Lucien himself is a little surprised.

She laughs sarcastically. “Lucien, what are you talking about? Be your woman?”

This is the first time she has really faced up to this problem. Something hits her heart.

“Yes!” He is sure.

“Lucien, do you want me to continue to be your mistress?” Nina sneers and looks sad and angry.

“I’m dirty in your heart. I don’t deserve to live in this world. I only deserve to be a mistress! I’m only a canary for you rich people, right?”

Lucien wants to say something, but Nina stops him.

“Lucien! I know you look down on me! You look down on me from beginning to end! Yes, I am poor! I have no status! In this world, anyone can trample me! But that doesn’t mean I’ll give up my dignity to be your mistress!”

Lucien’s eyes are sad. He looks at the angry Nina. He raises his hand slightly and makes a gesture of supplication.

“Then, be my girlfriend. Nina, will you be my girlfriend?”

Lucien looks nervously at Nina and looks forward to her reply.

“Girlfriend?” Nina smiles bitterly, “only lovers can be called boyfriend and girlfriend, right? Unfortunately, I can’t be your girlfriend. Because I don’t love you!”

The tension in Lucien’s eyes turns into anger. This woman is so ungrateful! He has asked her to be his girlfriend. She doesn’t agree!

“Nina, don’t take yourself too seriously!” He says indifferently.

“Haha, do you think it’s a good thing to be your girlfriend? Do you think it’s the dream of every woman in the world? I’m humble but you like me. Should I thank God?” Nina’s cold eyes are full of ridicule, “excuse me, President Gray, I’m ungrateful! I have no interest in being your girlfriend!”
