Chapter 191
However, none of that affected Linda.
After all, she didn’t get her results through good reviews. She succeeded because of her ability.
Her skills and talent were widely recognized in the industry, and her movies were enjoyed by basically everyone.
No one could say anything because she had made a name for herself with pure hard work and skill.
“What about asking Lina to go to those acting academies to find
some new actors? It would be best if they haven’t been seen in online productions either.” That was the best idea Samson could come up with.
“Samson, in a world where the Internet is basically a pot of gold, is it possible that those with the looks, skill, and talent would hold themselves back from such a good opportunity?”
It was easy to get money as an influencer. It was also a good way to get famous, and most of the students in the acting academies wanted fame. Becoming an influencer was the best solution, so how many of them would be willing to sit down and learn?
Everyone was working hard to make use of the Internet since it was so easy to earn money that way.
Linda couldn’t understand it when she first returned from Usna.
“What do you want to do, then? Hold on, maybe I should ask what I can do to help you.”
All Samson could do was fund Linda’s ventures. He couldn’t help in other aspects.
“Not so far. I just wanted to let some stress out. Besides, your technically are my boss. It’s normal for me to tell you about my
business issues.”
It was mid–March by the time the company’s ventures finally settled down.
Linda and Samson finally had time to spend with Lexi.
Since they realized there would be a huge crowd in the theme park on
a weekend, Samson and Linda decided to bring Lexi there on a
weekday instead.
“Mommy, can you come and help me pick out a dress?”
Linda was going through her emails in the study when Lexi poked her little head through the doorway and began peeking around.
“A dress? For what occasion?” Linda purposely put on an act.
“Mommy, you and Daddy are bringing me to the theme park, remember? I have to look extra pretty!”
Even as a three–year–old, Lexi already had an idea of what being pretty
meant.
She always carefully picked out outfits whenever she had to go outside.
Linda felt like she could pass down her closet to Lexi once she was older.
Linda wasn’t too interested in brands or clothing, but Chloe, on the other hand, was almost always dressed in the newest items from luxurious brands.
However, most of her clothes were dumped back into her closet after being worn just once. One closet wasn’t enough to fit all of her
clothes.
Linda didn’t really get it, but Chloe said it was a special interest of hers.
Since Chloe wasn’t spending any of Linda’s money, Linda couldn’t really care less.
