Noelle smirked. So even Donovan had his limits. Blake and Frank stayed firmly beside her, making it clear where their loyalties lay.
Donovan pointed at them furiously. "You ungrateful traitors! Would your company have even gotten off the ground if it weren't for me? And now you're handling all your shares to Noelle! Have you lost your mind?"
Frank laughed bitterly. "Donovan, the only one who has lost their mind is you. Noelle is our sister, not an enemy."
He couldn't understand why Donovan was going this far.
Xenia was fuming. Why did Blake and Frank side with Noelle? And they were even transferring their shares to her!
Wouldn't Xenia's plans go up in smoke if Noelle became the company's biggest shareholder?
She couldn't accept this and stepped forward. "Frank, you know better than anyone how much effort Donovan has put into the Liddell family. He gave you shares out of love, and now you're betraying him!"
"Save your moral high ground guilt-tripping." Noelle shot Xenia a cold look. "He took all of the Liddell family's money and assets when he started his company. That was an investment from all of us. It's only natural that we get our share of the profits."
Xenia's eyes sharpened at Donovan. "Donovan, I would never betray you if I had your shares."
Donovan was angry beyond words. He had never imagined this day would come. He glared at Frank and Blake. "Are you really choosing to side with Noelle against me?"
Frank spoke up. "Donovan, I'm not against you. But handing the company to Xenia? Noelle is the better choice. At least her scripts made the company a lot of money."
"Haha! Have you all forgotten that Noelle sent Lucas and Blake to prison? She's heartless toward the family, and you're just letting it slide?" Donovan was livid.
He never thought his own brothers would turn on him. Everything he had done was for the good of the family!
