Zachary slowly approached Lenora, coming to a halt before her. He gently brushed aside a stray lock of hair from her temple, softly saying, “I’m sorry.”

Lenora maintained her usual composure, speaking in a low voice. “Mr. Fuller, I believe Mr. Gale has a point. Due to personal reasons, I’ve caused significant damage to the company. I can’t shirk the responsibility and can no longer stay in this position with a clear conscience. Therefore, I wish to resign.”

Zachary’s brows furrowed slightly. “It’s my fault, not yours. Just focus on your work and don’t overthink things.”

Lenora pressed her lips together.
