After Joseph finished the treatment, he stepped out and saw Dave.

“Dr. Hart, a family member of my superior has suddenly fallen ill. It isn’t convenient for them to come to the hospital. They would like you to go over,” said Dave in a low voice, as if he found the request difficult to explain.

Joseph thought about it for a moment. Studying Dave’s expression, Joseph knew that Dave didn’t know the details either. In the end, Joseph agreed. He handed off his remaining work before following Dave out.

Holding the medical bag, Joseph got into the car.

After getting out of the car, Dave didn’t go inside. Instead, he said, “My superior said that the fewer people who know about this, the better. So, I won’t be going in. Just follow her.”

A middle-aged woman stood at the entrance. She wore expensive clothing and had refined features. However, she was short. She was probably under five feet tall and quite slender. If her face wasn’t visible, people might mistake her for a student.

“Are you Dr. Hart? Thank goodness you’ve come!” The woman instantly recognized Joseph. Then, she turned to Dave and told him to wait in the car.

Carrying the medical bag, Joseph followed the woman into the villa, but he didn’t see the patient.

Looking embarrassed, the woman explained, “Dr. Hart, the person who needs your help is my older sister. Her situation is rather awkward. So, no matter what you see, please keep it confidential.”

“Tell me what’s going on,” stated Joseph. He disliked this kind of mysterious behavior. If it weren’t for Dave, he wouldn’t have come over. Aside from that, he needed allies. If he could earn another favor, there was no reason to

turn it down.

“Something is stuck there,” explained the woman.

“Where?” Joseph asked.

The woman stood on tiptoe and motioned for Joseph to lean down. It was only then that she managed to whisper the details into his ear.

Once he heard the details, he felt his scalp tingle. He genuinely considered walking out, but her pleading and embarrassed expression stopped him. After asking how long the condition had lasted, he quickly formed a treatment plan. After steeling himself, he headed upstairs.

The situation was shocking and revolting. Nevertheless, Joseph forced himself to focus and used his medical skills to resolve the problem. He left detailed instructions for follow-up care. Then, he got out of the villa as quickly as possible, not wanting to stay there a second longer than necessary.

Dave noticed Joseph’s grim expression. Since Joseph remained silent, Dave knew that he shouldn’t ask questions.
