Joseph didn’t expect Cora to show up again. She even brought along Jonas’ medical records and showed them to him.

“Honey, could you set your personal feelings aside and go to the Traditional Medicine Center? Please save Jonas.”

Without a word, Joseph pointed at the door, gesturing for Cora to get out.

“Look at all the patients you’ve saved-the Snows, the Goulds, the Croma faction, and even outsiders. They’re not exactly good people either. If you can save them, why can’t you save Jonas?”

“Then answer me this. Why do you think I saved those people?”

“Why?”

“Because I wanted to. That’s why!”

Seeing that Cora refused to leave, Joseph took out a bottle of perfume to scare her.
