Rhea answered, “He’s useful to me.”

Joseph was confused. “How am I useful to you?”

Joseph knew very little about Rhea, especially her personality, habits, or what she needed. The fact that she was willing to marry someone unattractive, and even accept being his second wife, was strange enough.
