Noah called Arthur and asked, “Where’s Cyrus staying?”

It didn’t take long for Arthur to send over the exact location.

Noah looked at the hospital sign and frowned. Was Bethany looking after Cyrus at the hospital just now? It didn’t sound like

He sped there. He wasn’t leaving until he saw Bethany that day.

Cyrus was actually enjoying himself in his private hospital room.

The woman smiled sweetly. “Open wide, Mr. Brannon. I’ll feed you a grape.”

The man lazily opened his mouth and waited.

That bastard who had beaten him seriously didn’t hold back. Now, aside from his mouth, he couldn’t move a muscle.

The doctor said several of his ribs were broken. He couldn’t even turn over without pain tearing through his body.

The most ridiculous part was that when he had someone check the surveillance footage, the club claimed the surveillance cameras were down. He had his men look into it for days, and nothing came up.

The only person who knew who that man was was Noah’s side piece. Cyrus planned to settle the score with her once he recovered.

Cyrus‘ cronies lounged on the couch in the ward. “I heard you’re getting married to that adopted daughter from the Reid family, Mr. Brannon.”

“Have you had enough of the good stuff, Cyrus? Is it time to settle for something bland now?” one of them snorted. “What choice do I have? I need to give my old man an heir. So, I’ll marry a nice, obedient woman.

“When I’m free, I’ll fool around. When I’m bored, I’ll simply leave her be.”

The group burst into laughter.

“Have you even met that fiancee of yours, Cyrus?”

“Of course.” Cyrus smiled meaningfully. “Not only have I met her, but I’ve also slept with her. She’s a prim and proper lady in public, but a total slut in bed…”

Cyrus and his friends laughed crudely, while the man outside the door had bulging veins at his temples.

In a heartbeat, Noah kicked the door open.

Cyrus was caught off guard. Looking at the furious man, he gulped. “Noah? W–What do you think you’re doing?”

Cyrus was feeling a little guilty as he had flirted with Noah’s side piece a few days ago. However, he had already paid for it by landing in the hospital.
