The look in his eyes answered that. I could see the raw hunger in them, and I almost got drowned in them.
Apparently, his patience had finally run out.
“You thought it was funny dressing like this and teasing me out there, didn’t you?”
I opened my mouth to speak, but his lips crashed onto mine.
There was no hesitation. Just the kind of kiss that made me forget whatever I had been about to say.
His hand rested firmly against my waist as he pulled me closer, and I could feel the restraint he had been forcing himself to keep all day finally disappear.
I grabbed his collar, pulling him closer, and he responded by pressing me harder into the wall.
I should have complained. I should have reminded him that we were supposed to be going back outside.
Instead, I found myself smiling against his lips. Alexander losing control of his composure was my undoing.
“Alexander… please,” I moaned as his lips found my neck. He began playing with my panties, rubbing my sensitive spot as he whispered into my ear.
“What do you want?” Alexander asked.
But he didn’t give me the chance to respond. His finger slid into me, and I gasped.
“Shhh! Be quiet,” he whispered as he picked up the pace.
He was sliding in and out while his thumb worked on the outside, rubbing me in circles.
And then he stopped. Just like that.
I barely had time to process what had happened before Alexander stepped away.
“Why…” I trailed off.
The sudden distance and emptiness annoyed me more than I wanted to admit.
Alexander slowly licked his finger clean.
“You’re not getting off so easily, babe,” he said.
“Come on… you can’t do this to me.”

I reached for him, but he caught my hand with a small smile and shook his head.
“I can.”
I stared at him. He looked far too pleased with himself.
“The others are waiting. Come on, let’s go.”
He turned and walked toward the door as if he hadn’t completely ruined my ability to think clearly and left me hanging.
I stood there for a second, watching him leave.
When I stepped back outside a few moments later, Alexander was already back beside the pool, acting like he had spent the entire time doing absolutely nothing.
Cole looked between us. He looked at Alexander, then at me. A slow grin appeared on his face.
I immediately knew he had noticed something.
Irene noticed too. Of course she did. She didn’t say anything, but the look she gave me was enough.
I ignored both of them and walked over to my chair. Alexander glanced at me. There was still that small, knowing smile on his face.
“Are you alright?” Alexander asked, making sure the others heard him. His expression remained completely innocent.
