Chapter 594-1
ALEXANDER
I remained seated after Faye left my office.
The room became noticeably quieter the moment the door closed behind her.
I sat there and stared at the empty space where she had been standing, my thoughts drifting
back to our conversation.
Silver Hollow. She would be going back there soon.
I had expected her to eventually make the trip. It was her home, after all. No matter how much had changed, no matter how complicated her relationship with the pack had become, there were still people there who mattered to her.
The truth was that I still didn’t feel comfortable with the idea because I couldn’t trust anyone
there with her safety.
I already knew from experience that Silver Hollow was not a secure territory.
But still, her family was there.
Her history was there.
But the thought of her returning still left me with a strange feeling I couldn’t completely explain.
That was, by the way, why I had been thinking about getting her another car.
When she said she might be travelling this week, I immediately decided it was time to make
the move.
The thought of the ugly incident that destroyed the other car came to mind.
It wasn’t just the car that ran through my mind anymore because that day had taken more than just a car from us.
Months had passed since then, but some things never truly faded. Time made the pain easier to carry, but it did not erase the memory.
I brushed the thought aside.
Faye had never once asked me for another car… Not once.

Whenever she needed to go somewhere, she simply used one of mine.
She never treated it like she was borrowing something.
She never hesitated.
And honestly, she didn’t need to. Everything I owned was hers too.
The cars, the houses, everything that belonged to me belonged to her the moment she became my mate.
She had access to anything she wanted without needing to ask.
She could take one of mine to Silver Hollow. That was never the issue. The issue was
different.
She was Faye. She was the Luna of Blood Crescent. She was my mate.
And I didn’t like the idea of her travelling back home in a borrowed car.
She deserved something that was hers. Something that reflected who she was now.
Not something temporary.
I leaned back in my chair and picked up my phone.
There was one person who could handle it with the kind of urgency I needed.
I scrolled through my contacts until I found the number I wanted and pressed call.
The phone rang once before it was answered.
“Alpha.”
Ash’s voice came through immediately.

I had worked with her long enough to know she was already prepared for whatever request ! was about to make.
“I need you to make some arrangements.”
“Of course.”
Her response was quick.
“A new car.”
There was a brief pause.

Not a long one. Just enough for me to know she was slightly surprised.
“For you, Alpha?”
A small smile touched my face.
“No. It’s for Faye.”
Another pause followed. This one was shorter.
