House arrest? Since they were in Marina City, as long as Darian Lynn refused to let Tanya leave the city limits, there was little anyone on the outside could do.
Tanya was furious, unleashing a torrent of curses against Darian. "Do you have any idea how much he trusts Yulisa Moore?" she ranted. "Even after everything blew up between us, he still takes her side! His apologies are nothing but half-hearted garbage." Darian had said he was sorry, but Tanya could hear the resignation in his voiceโa forced compromise, completely devoid of sincerity.
"His reaction is exactly like Fairfax's when it came to Brinley," Starla noted. Fairfax used to do the exact same thing. Whenever Starla fought back too hard, he would throw out a dismissive apology. But did he ever actually mean it? If he had, their marriage wouldn't have ended in ruins.
"That bastard is driving me insane!" Tanya yelled. Darian felt like a stranger to her now. Before Yulisa returned, he was never like this. But ever since she came back, a wedge of distrust had formed between Darian and Tanya. "It's so typical. Men will always blindly favor their childhood sweethearts, their first loves, and their family!"
"What is he doing now?" Starla asked.
"He dumped me back here and went straight to the Lynn family estate. Probably to pick another fight." Tanya knew that every time Darian fought with his family over her, they only resented her more.
Starla saw the writing on the wall. "This is just going to make his family hate you even more."
"Exactly! That's why I'm calling him a complete bastard. Not that I care if the Lynn family likes me." When Tanya discovered she was pregnant, Darian's first instinct had been to get rid of the baby. The family's approval meant nothing to her anymore. But Darian... neither she nor Starla ever expected him to stoop this low, refusing to just let her walk away.
"Do you want me to have Garret send men in by force?" Starla offered. House arrest meant nothing to her. If Tanya wanted out, she would get her out.
Tanya hesitated. Forcing her out meant Starla would have to declare open war on Darian Lynn. While Starla was never afraid of burning bridges, Tanya didn't want her friend making powerful enemies for her sake. The Lynn family kept a low profile, but they wielded deep, hidden power. And though Starla was now the princess of the Hoggart family, the men circling her were far from safe. This wasn't the time for Starla to make more enemies. "Forget it, I'll figure a way out myself," Tanya decided.

"You're a failure as a husband and coward as a Man" This is what i want to say in Fairfax hahaha you dont deserved a wife if you cant protect her...
Hahaha This plot of story i hate about, choosing another girl instead of your own wife is something unreal, you didnt considered your wife feeling, you didnt even trust her and later on you will say sorry?? Was sorry will fixed everything you've done? Was sorry fixed her heart? it was unfair for your wife, you must choose your wife whatever it is. You know your wife well more than anyone else and the only person she should lean on was the person who pushes her away...
